Alpharooms 

Ok so 6 of us are meant to be going to Ibiza in 12 days time. We've paid £4600 for our hotel which has not been paid to the hotel. Alpharooms have got our money and we've got no hotel, therefore we've lost our holiday as we can't afford to pay for another one!!

Such a terrible company !!! They don't want to contact their clients and they do it on purpose not to give back money!!! Taking money for lack of service !!!! They do not reply to emails !!!

Absolutely awful customer service, no replies to emails and taken £100 too much on my final payment and had no response in getting that back at all. Would never do business with these again.

Never again !!!!! No response to emails , all lines disabled .No information about my booking .All money paid unfortunately!!!!!

wish i could give 0 stars. Hotel closed for months but after 9 emails and facebook messages not even a reply. Phones down and live chat disabled. Appalling cowboys. Dont ever use!!!!

Receive an email confirmation today to day our holiday was to be cancelled due to covid 19.......we should have gone 2 weeks ago!!

After my last review whereby I had already paid £600, rebooked a £300 hotel and they had charged for this, so a total of £900. Spoke to Christie who advised the money would be reimbursed (over £600 due to us) logged onto the bank today to see that they have charged us ANOTHER £600!!!! They now owe us £1200 as we have paid over £1500 for out £300 hotel room!!!!! Please call immediately. Original booking 755242815004. Rebooked : ARNBUK1300. THIEVES!!!!

Really bad customer service I want a refund and they keep going around in circles, avoid at all costs. My booking ref is 370039642298

This company just cannot be bothered to refund hard working people. I cannot go on holidays because of non essential travel restrictions in Ireland and I despite sending numerous emails and messages, I have received one phone call from Carlos who was rude and said it was my problem I could not travel and he would contact me again in a few days time. I also found out the apartments in Portugal had no booking for me at all so Alpharooms have literally kept the €1,630 I paid for my holiday.

absolute shambles of a company they don't want to know you when they owe you money Richard responded to review yesterday and said yesterday someone will be in touch shortly it must be a joke no one as phone or emailed yesterday or today and in the past when they have phoned and i have answered it just cuts off after 3 seconds how could you possibly have a conversation in 3 seconds started a charge bank which my bank as said they will do Santander i informed them under the 120 days deadline but will still keep putting reviews on until they respond with money in my bank why should i and my bank have to go through all the stress of chasing money that alpharooms owe me for 4 months

Shocking, never reply to any correspondence. Not answering calls when we are in the middle of a global pandemic. No refund, no email, nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

you can't ring up have emailed numerous times no one gets back to you contracted them through messenger no reply ref no 840207296454 waited for refund since march do not use rhis company

I hope everyone as done a section 75 or chargeback with the bank to get YOUR money back from these rogues, I am considering going straight to MCOL if I don’t get a reply to my compliance email The customer service by this company is nonexistent they are quick to take your money but when they cancel your booking they don’t want to give it you back and ignore you.

Good Morning what a shambles of a company, My poor parents are on the verge of a nervous breakdown, they have been trying to contact these crooks for months now with no response. all they want to do is move their apartments to next year. they both have underlying health problems and are scared stiff of going because of the virus. Really don't know what sort of company this is. they have underlying health problems and just want to move the hotel until next year. I know there are thousands out there booked with you all in the same boat. Mum was promised a phone call today from Leo !! and of course it didnt happen. they save all year for a holiday from their pensions and cant afford to let you steal their money which is what you are doing to them and many thousands more can you please contact them in the very near future before they are both very ill, I wont hold my breath because I am sure this will fall on deaf ears. booking number 284320742163

Booked accommodation only for June this year. Logged into trust pilot to see I'd made a positive review which is a complete lie. I haven't even booked flights with them. Still waiting with hundreds if not thousands of others for a refund. What an absolutely terrible company to deal with....never again will i book with them. Total incompetent liars

As mentioned in my earlier review, I have been trying without success to contact Alpharooms to discuss a holiday booked in January. I don’t understand why I can’t speak to someone in that company or get replies to my emails. I have used Alpharooms for many years without any trouble. But won’t ever use their services again. What on earth has happened that no one can get any satisfaction? No customer care whatsoever.

Having real trouble getting in touch with alpharooms regarding a booking for a hotel in Spain in August. My wife is currently shielding and has been advised to stay at home where possible. Tried messenger and email but heard nothing from them.
