I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Alpha Scootz. I purchased an item for £899 on December 2, 2024, and the delivery was scheduled for December 9, 2024, between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. However, the delivery never arrived, and the courier, BJS Family, claimed the delivery was rescheduled without notifying me.

To make matters worse, the courier blamed "adverse weather conditions," but there was no rain or storm in Portsmouth on that day. I had to leave work early—jeopardizing my professional reputation—to ensure I would be home, but no one showed up.

Alpha Scootz has chosen to partner with a delivery company that clearly lacks responsibility and accountability. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left with slow and unhelpful communication. I’ve now had to request a full refund and compensation for my lost work hours.

I cannot recommend Alpha Scootz due to their poor choice of delivery partners and lack of support when things go wrong. Avoid this retailer if you value your time and money.

Good solid bike had a few issues with charger but after speaking to them they sorted the problem out straight away would trust and definitely buy again

I give this company 5 star delivery in time I hade a issue with delivery company I contacted them and the respond quickly send me other parcel recomended

order part but did not arrive on stated time contacted Alpha scootz they said wait until tomorrow , did this still no part contacted again they stated Evri ( courier ) had lost it ? not impressed but to give Alpha scootz due another item sent out and part arrived in two days

I'm disabled and have had problems with being bounced around by mobility scooters due to lack of suspension.
My Alphascoot is like riding on a bed of air due to the suspension and the balloon tyres.
It's giving me relatively painless freedom.

Purchased two electric bikes from this company at a very competitive price.
Had ordered two higher powered bikes and didn’t realise it took a lot of trouble to get them legally licensed so rang the company back to change the order for the 250w electric bikes instead.
They were very helpful over the phone and suggested a more suitable option with a longer battery range which we agreed would be better for our use .
We choose the Hitway 10s foldable electric bikes 250w 48amp battery.
They delivered them very promptly in a couple of days and refunded the difference straight back to my account.
Very Happy with the service and help they provided with a prompt delivery service and excellent condition electric bikes. Would recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing electric bikes with excellent customer service and support.

On the 5/11/24 we ordered an Ienyrid Scooter for our son’s birthday. It arrived 4 days later on his birthday which was very good.

Unfortunately the charger did not work. We contacted customer service team who asked us to send a video to show it wasn’t working. They were very helpful and ordered us a new charger. The only thing was that it had to come from China so took a week, so our son was unable to use his scooter. However, despite the charger not working, communication was very good and they resolved our issue as soon as they could.
