Fast delivery and works as described. Excellent purchase.

Bought my pre-build for £200 less than RRP in a sale, and am absolutely delighted with it. GTX 3060ti, Ryzen 5600x and 16GB RAM for less than £1000 is an absolute steal.

Could do with adding more storage, as it comes with just 1TB NVME SSD, but I can tend to that as and when.

After hours of debating if i should custom build my first pc or buy a premade i stumbled upon a premade pc from Alphasync on Ebuyer i decided to consult my uncle who knows more about pcs than i do and he told me for the price its an absolute steal, high spec pc for a reasonable price. i ordered it around 7pm that evening and within less than 24hours it had arrived. it was easy to set up just plug in and go as windows came preinstalled for me. one issue i had was the packing they used to protect the parts on the inside of the pc had knocked a cable out but just took plugging back in to fix. overall im very happy with the pc and highly recommend Alphasync to anyone looking to get into pc gaming.

I was originally going to build my own PC but when comparing prices, the AlphaSync PBA iCUE 5000X PC I purchased was only a little more cost without the hassle. It is built with high end specification parts and performs as expected. A follow up call from Alphasync customer services was received about a week later to see if I was happy with the unit. A nice touch and is useful for customers to suggest any improvements to make a high quality product better.

Well built PC with components supplied as described. Fast delivery. Excellent performing PC (should be for the price!) - software well setup with no bloatware installed. Good follow up customer service as well.
PC case a bit cheap for the cost of the system and a better explanation of how to change the individual LED lighting could be included. Price comparable with other manufacturers - would recommend.

Delivery was delayed a day but that was down to the delivery company but the PC was delivered in perfect order, was especially impressed with the packing as the inside of the pc was packed with foam to protect the delicate (and valuable) components. Following its initial setup (network etc) win11 took over and it was operational in minutes.
Insofar as performance is concerned I’ve not been able to stress it yet, including when using it to host VR experiences so I’m hoping that the combination of AMD and Nvidia will prove a cost effective mix

PC came in great shape no issues with the PC or any of its performances, Received an unexpected called from Spencer Wood who was able to give me some great advice and help on some aspects of the PC which was really nice, would definitely recommend to a friend or someone looking to buying a great gaming PC

Good quality item and very easy to set up.

The desktop runs incredibly smoothly. At first i was overwhelmed by all the spares but everything was already set up perfectly and had everything I needed included.

Got my pc in a sale for £999 (was £1150) got free next day delivery with it and when it got here I had it up and running very quick. Runs everything really smooth with no issues at all and even got a free game with it worth £50 which I was surprised about.
Would 100% buy from here again

What a Great company! I was fairly clueless as to which gaming computer to buy my son, (a surprise present) the lovely salesman talked me through what we needed and I immediately felt like he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful but never pushy, I felt confident with his recommendation as to which model to buy and my son is beyond happy, we are pleased we have a powerful computer that can easily cope with all the gaming etc (apologies for the lack of technical terms, not my field ;) Delivery was unbelievably quick, it arrived the next morning!!! A follow up courtesy call to see how we were getting on was an unexpected bonus, not many companies offer that. Highly recommend this company, five star service from start to finish. Thank you.
