Hi Graeme,
We would like to thank you again for your order. As your order was part of the Alpine Apparel launch process all orders are currently in production and will be delivered between 08/12/21 and 15/12/21. This was mentioned throughout the website and under the shipping policy on the page but I’m really sorry if that we didn’t display this more clearly. We have also sent out emails updating you on the production process so far, these may have gone into your junk folder by mistake so I apologise about this.
Once again we are really sorry for the miscommunication here and obviously really disappointed about your feedback and review. As a start up business we have tried to be as transparent as possible and we have taken your feedback on board and will make sure to try and avoid this in the future.
