So , I just received my order and only 1 out of 3 items came with it ( they were all supposed to come together) I was instantly worried but I emailed customer service and they got back to me within the hour and are going to ship the other 2 items asap! They were fast, apologetic and super kind. I wil be ordering from them again even though there was an order mess up. Things happen and they are quick to solve the problem. The harness I received was great quality so I’m excited to see the leash and collar when they come in!

Great quality, the embroidery turned out beautiful and exactly as I wanted, and I even got the delivery a week earlier than expected! We've only had it for a week and have already gotten lots of compliments on it. My 13 month old Mastiff x Giant Schnauzer is still a learning teenager, and this can handle his strength.

Not only was it super easy to size my dog on my own and pick out the size that would fit best but also the customization options are amazing and the collar, leash, and harness are all made with beautiful quality. My 100lb Rottweiler puppy looks great with all of the gear on and it is perfect to be able to take her on her walks without a harness that breaks.

I originally ordered the wrong size collar and realized as soon as confirmation came through. I reached out via IG & email, Alpine responded quickly on both and was able to rectify my error without issue. Shipping was quick and im absolutely in love with the collar, the quality and look is on point!

It was rather a long process to get mine but it finally arrived. It does oddly , provide me much more control just having the harness on her. She is a young large mastiff and can really pull me off my feet. I am a bit mystified by all the clips though. It has taken some time to get the fit correct, mostly because it’s new and a little stiff. I am not sure how snug I am supposed to have it but it looks great and seems to make her calmer in a walk.sorry it took so long to write this but I wanted to try it out a bit first. I do feel more confident now that I have tested it to control her bolting towards people she wants to visit with. I can confidently tell you I am pleased with this purchase.
