Bought Nitro TLS step ons, upsized by one size (uk8 to uk8.5) as recommended by Alpine. Boots fit perfectly. Delivered within a few days. Great service by AlpineStore.

The items for sale said "in stock... but they're not.

The items for sale said "in stock or available". I ordered. More than a week later I am told there is one item awaiting re-stock from the manufacturer - which will occur by the end of the week. Two weeks later, I look back and the item is listed as available (in stock) for sale, yet my order is not filled. In 3 days, it will be one month since I ordered and I have received nothing, and the ski season is pretty much over.

you were fine and very easy to work…

you were fine and very easy to work with in america.... i ordered the wrong size but wore them to find that out, so i wont be able to return for the correct size. will still use you again because it was my mistake, not yours.

Hidden charges

The order was just what I wanted but there was a delivery charge even though I spent £170 and when my UPS sent me their tracking number there was a customs charge of £77.18. One of the items was extra large and is too big but the other item e/l fits so I’m stuck with an oversized fleece that I’m not willing to try and return at further cost so will have to sell my self

Regarding customs and VAT charges applied by UPS, since January 1, 2021, the rules for importing to the United Kingdom have changed:

Orders under £135: Local VAT is paid directly when you place your order on our website. Only administrative fees may be charged by the carrier (approximately £5 with DPD and £11 with DHL).

Orders over £135: Local VAT must be paid to the carrier upon delivery, along with additional administrative fees (approximately £5 with DPD and £20 with UPS).

This information is detailed in our Terms and Conditions. During checkout, a message in the shopping cart also indicates that fees may apply depending on the country of delivery.

We understand, however, that these fees may be perceived as significant and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused.

Regarding the size of the fleece, we're sorry it didn't fit. Unfortunately, not all countries are eligible for free returns. We understand that international return shipping costs can discourage you from sending it back.
