Need to be more proactive in communicating issues
When we eventually got a driver, an hour after the arranged pick up time, he was great. However, as far as I can tell the first two drivers they allocated never turned up. I was given contact details for both, the first the night before and the second at the pick up time, but neither picked up. I called the main telephone number and no one picked up either. I eventually emailed, thankfully I got a response there, though the first reply said call the main number which I had obviously already tried and so was quite infuriating. The second reply finally informed me the driver was on their way. Quite disappointed that it took 45 minutes before my driver confirmed and that the dispatch team weren't more proactive in communicating with me.

AVOID…… dangerous drivers
AVOID…… my family and I had a terrible experience with this company. Drivers arriving 40 minutes late, not dropping or collecting in the correct location, but worst of all a driver racing down a mountain in freezing condition, driving so close to other cars, over taking & speeding. We had tell him to stop driving in this way as he was scaring our 2 young children and putting our lives at risk. We were in no way late, I think he just wanted to finish his shift earlier perhaps.
Please consider paying slightly more to a more professional company.
We will never go near this company again.

The driver did not show up
The driver did not show up, we had to look for taxi at 5am, it cost 850 euro, even though you refunded, some people might not have the means to pay it upfront. We barely met our plane. It was a disaster. We havebeen with you more then 8 years, lately things are bad, in December at Solden it was wrong car and now this
