I placed an order with ALS for the Ingersoll pick and decoder, and they promised next-day delivery, which unfortunately did not occur. Despite this, I am compelled to provide a 5-star review due to the exceptional customer service I received from the individual handling my order. They were highly responsive, apologetic for the inconvenience, and kept me updated throughout the process until I finally received the product. The pick key itself is of remarkable quality and aesthetic appeal, and I am optimistic about its functionality.

Zero communication and poor quality
Zero communication even when I sent a WhatsApp message didn't even have the courtesy to reply.
The lock puller feels poor quality and I don't see it lasting 12 months.
