problems with stock logistics at alternaleaf
i have had a generally positive experience up til recently however at the moment stock is very low, Much of montu catalogue is marked no new requests. Could not complete prescription affordably.
Don't know if this is just montu or all clinics are affected, but shall be leaving for pastures new if things don't improve soon

Great experience for me

Dropped ball
I postponed my first appointment for a week, from Thursday to Thursday, to allow me to obtain and upload my health record summary, as I was picking up the summary the following Monday, I received an email saying my Thursday appointment was cancelled due to the summary not being uploaded yet. No discussion, no care about my concerns or objections. An appointment was set 30 days after my original appointment. A few days after the appointment, when I had purchased my prescription, I received an email stating they had neglected to post my prescription out to me. The whole experience felt like a ball always being dropped, and I was that ball.
