Find an alternative clinic this one is terrible
After a year of using Alternaleaf/Montu I'm left disappointed, in pain and suffering.
They've failed deliver twice this year and when I've addressed it as I should they have failed to do anything to rectify it in a timely manner. Leaving me without pain medication for extended periods of time.
It's made worse by the fact the company has terrible customer service agents that lack the ability to critically think and address major issues such as this.
As a patient who has a chronic neck injury, 1 brain tumour, 2 brain legions, multiple sclerosis and tuberous sclerosis syndrome.
I would actually be better off without this service as dealing with the stress of montus customer service whilst having no medication and money gone is worse than just not having medication.
I do not recommend this company. I'm not the only person who has suffered because of their inability to deliver. They are also doing this to patients way more vulnerable people too.
Shame on Alternaleaf and Montu for the way they treat patients.
UPDATE
They replied to this review saying they prioritise but they still have fixed this major as well as failing to meet time frames for call back.
They haven't reach out to me at all.
