All in all would be a 5 very smooth basically from start to finish as in medication in hand has taken just about a month however there was some issues such as my first doc consultation they had 2 working days and weekend to contact me and say we have to reschedule as that doc didn’t do prescriptions for my case and other related which is fair I knew it could be a possibility but instead of rescheduling and doing it like that they waited till the appointment so they guy said it which was just a waste of everyone’s time other than that to top notch just slight hiccup

There was a mistake due to the heat and…
There was a mistake with postage and pick up of my order due to the heat and Montu (their sister pharmacy) turned the issue around in a matter of a single day over the weekend when they do not work. I think overall great customer service and the plan they had in place to cover the issue was impressive. Cleary someone was working over night for the company and in what has been some pretty serious heat I am confident in Alterneleaf and Montu Pharmacy's contingency plans. It really puts your mind at ease.
