Easy bookingprocedure. Excellent logistics on arrival at trainstatiom. Anticipating in is being over an hour late because of train delay. Good information during the bus trip. Costs are more than reasonable.

Late
The bus departed late, at 12:40 instead of 12:15.
The bus stopped for over 30 min in Aime although no new passengers came.
Eventually the bus arrived to Val d'iSere very late.

Could be good.
15min late.
Online said reservation needed day before, no discount for ski pass. When in bus, empty, free with ski pass.

Everything was fine u til I had to…
Everything was fine u til I had to cancel one of the three tickets I purchased. I couldn't cancel just one and I only got a refund of $159 of the $363 that I paid. So I am left to battle it out with my travel insurance I guess but I think it was pretty unfair to make me cancel everybody and then bill me for everything.

You received only one ticket for the 3 passengers with only one ticket number, so if we cancelled one passenger, the 2 other would be cancelled too. That's why we can't make the cancellation you want. In that parlicular case, we advice you to contac the call center to see if we can find solutions.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service. Had to cancel my booking and the customer service agent I spoke to was very understanding of the specific situation I had and was very helpful to try and resolve it to the extent possible. Would not hesitate to use this company again for my transportation needs on my next Ski holiday.
