The return from La Clusaz to Annecy was delayed by 40 minutes. It would have been helpful to have had some information on a screen or by text to inform what was happening. We were worried that we wouldn't get a bus as more and more queues started to form. It was never clear that we had a guaranteed seat or not.

The driver was very helpful and the bus was very comfortable. Easy to use and very efficient service. Thank you.

Delay for more than 1h! No notification! Worst experience ever

The morning bus is very good but the evening is not coming on time and one night we waited know than an hour and still didn't arrive.

Great service, train was delayed and worried we had missed last bus, but the bus waited for us, and also managed to fit in a few stranded people as well ( accident on mountain road, so lots of taxis were cancelling last minute). Helpful driver, safely driven reasonable price and right at the station.

Note that I haven't traveled yet so this is a review of the booking process. My French is lousy so it was nice that the english version of the site worked perfectly. No issues from start to end and for us the options seem perfect. I will post another review once we try to use the tickets.

Impossible de modifier le billet suite à un retard de train. Obligé de payer un autre billet, lamentable.

Very very poor. Total scam.
Arrived at Lyon airport. There was no sign for the bus and no sign of this company at Lyon Airport. There was no staff to assist and no bus to be found. The people at the bus station could not help by looking at the ticket either.
The assistance phone numbers do not work and no one can be reached. Also no response to various messages on their website. Ended up having to take a taxi from Lyon Airport to Courchevel.

On time, good service

The website didn’t remember the options I selected even when I was logged in and I needed to deselect my choices multiple times.
It’s impossible to have a go and return ticked from sites close to each other. Must be same site :(
After making my order the web site gave a message that it is down .. while the order was made (saw later it was on my email). Very confusing :(

Very easy to use

I booked a bus for Sunday to Lyon at 8:20. It was confirmed. We went to the bus stop 20 minutes early and waited. We waited over an hour and no bus came. We then had to take a taxi for over a €400 because you decided to not show up. I am horribly unimpressed and would never recommend to anyone since you leave people stranded with no notice. This is no way to run a business and you still took my €230 for the service you never delivered.

Straight forward easy to do even for us dinosaurs

The service started very well with the driver (Anais) kindly looking for us at the departure from the airport since we were not in the right place. Departures and arrivals were both on time and the driving was very relaxed and safe on the steep and narrow mountain roads. On the way back the driver had to fit snow chains which delayed our departure a bit but the job was very hard and the chains heavy. Driving again in very deep snow and in the dark was excellent and we felt very safe. Please consider buying a more modern and lighter snow chain set?
