OH my gosh. I thought it was monthly but they took $780.00 out of my account, and I am now overdrawn. I have asked repeatedly to cancel. I have not yet even received any medications, as it has only been 2 days since I ordered. Cancellations should be allowed if you haven't even received the first meds. HELP

I’m on week 3 and the 'food noise' is officially gone. It’s a strange but amazing feeling to not be constantly thinking about my next meal. The medication is high quality and I’ve already seen a 6lb drop. Very happy with the results so far.

All went smoothly with delivery and price for the first month. Unfortunately their sneaky pricing billed me more than twice the monthly fee and then had the audacity to state that if I canceled it would be charged an additional $35 for their processing of said cancelation. Even acknowledged the price was supposed to be said monthly price and not offering any type of credit
Do not use this company unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money

Starting AltRX seemed like a dream come true because 129.00 for life? That's amazing. Then I got charged $299 for the second dose. There was no information about the price increasing. In the emails back and forth, they basically say that the price does not change for does increases or decreases and that thats how much.

They offered for me to have a locked in price of $219 going forward.... ORRRRR i could get a 3 month supply and that would be the very low price of $589. I mean, the website CLEARLY states that you lock in the price of the first payment. It even gave a "Hurry up and check out so you can lock in your payment at 129 for the entire treatment plan.

The meds work. They work immedately. I havent lost a lot of weight but Ive only been on it for 5 weeks and have lost 15lbs. Which is great. If money is not an issue then I guess get this product from this company. But honestly, the fact that they answered my email with "yes, that is what our website says but not what we actually meant", makes it a seem like a scam. I am going to try to a different company and AltRX will not get another cent from me.

I switched to AltRX because I thought they’d be better but turns out they’re worse than Medvi. I specifically asked for a telehealth consult prior to sending my supply to discuss my dosage concerns. They never did. They sent it right away without contacting me so I won’t be able to cancel and refund my money.

This company’s advertising is highly misleading. They hide that the compounded GLP-1’s are not FDA approved until AFTER they have charged your card. Had I known the medication was not FDA approved, I would never have purchased. They are refusing to offer a refund even though my order hasn’t shipped. I have already filed a chargeback with my bank for fraud and I will be reporting them to the FTC and BBB.

I was nervous about the 'telehealth' aspect, but the process was incredibly smooth. The health questionnaire was thorough but not overwhelming. I had my provider approval within 24 hours, and the kit arrived at my door four days later. Truly a hassle-free experience for someone with a busy schedule

ALTRX needs beneath zero stars! This company ran my pressure up with LIES! They are thieves and money predators. The $129 introductory fee is just to get you. Step one did absolutely nothing for me, but made me very hungry and gained two pounds. They said 2.5 dose is just for it ti get use to your body. They approved step two for the second mth. I made sure to asked what is the price of step two, Jennifer clearly said my price does not change its same as what you paid before and it will never go up. So i immediately opened up my card so they can take the payment of $129. Next thing I got a text from my bank with an overdraft, theses thieving MF took $299 and they keep saying their sorry that happened to me but they cannot refund nor stop the shipment. I went back and forth for days they keep changing their story to moving forward it will be $149, $189, $199 and they refuse to refund me even $100 back. RUNNNNNNNN FROM ALTRX THEY ARE CRIMINALS. You can cry blood! They will won’t care about you and your situation. DONT GO WITH THEM PEOPLE. I don’t EVER WRITW REVIEWS. Also they have other names they go by so proceed with caution.

This company is a scam and needs to be reported ordered a prescription on 6/6/26 processed my payment on 6/13/26 of $129. It is 6/28/26 and still no shipping info. Sends me bogus responses so I requested cancellation and refund and still nothing. Currently disputing.

My experience with this company was very disappointing. The information provided before payment was not clear. After I paid, I received an approval, but I was then asked to restart the entire process, even though I had previously been on this medication.
Only after I had already paid was I informed that the product they prescribed is not FDA-approved. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would not have moved forward. I immediately canceled my prescription because I was not comfortable taking a medication that is not FDA-approved.
To make matters worse, I was charged a $35 cancellation fee, which I do not believe is fair given that this important information was disclosed only after payment.
I would encourage others to carefully review all of the company’s policies and PUBLIC REVIEWS FIRST and ask detailed questions before making a payment. I CERTAINLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I had a very disappointing experience with ALTRX Rx. They did not respect the delivery timeframe they advertised, and as a result I was left without my medication.

The communication was extremely frustrating. I felt strung along, and it was very difficult to get clear answers or speak with someone who could actually resolve the issue. Instead, I kept receiving the same repeated responses without any real solution or accountability.

When a company is dealing with medication, timing and reliability are critical. In my case, they failed on both. The process was stressful, unprofessional, and unnecessarily difficult.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ALTRX Rx if you need your medication delivered on time or expect responsive customer service.

I started the process with AltRx on 6/18/26. On 6/20/26 they withdrew 129 from my account. They stated 3-5 business days my ex would be sent and I would have a tracking number. 6/27/26 nothing but they have my money and when I asked to cancel they said the pharmacy has it and they would have to cancel. They gave me the phone number and it just rang and rang no voicemail. No product, no help, lost money = do not trust this company but I will get my money back.

I decided to try Alt RX after another company was giving me the run around. My intake and 1st shipment which was supposed to be locked in at $149 was perfect. I still had meds left to use before starting theirs. When they sent me the check in information to get a refill I told them I was not ready yet and they responded and said ok! We will not charge your card or send your prescription to the pharmacy and for me to reach out when I was ready to refill.

The VERY NEXT DAY, BAM! Not only did they charge my card but they hit it for $299. I immediately reached out and was told they would cancel it.

The VERY NEXT DAY, BAM! Suddenly my medication had shipped and they claim there is nothing they can do.

I have multiple emails from them (although it all appears to be AI Bots and not a real person) saying there is nothing they can do bc it’s shipped already. I asked why the refill was so high and they advise I had not informed them to “lock in” my price. Complete BS! I signed up with a “your price never increases” deal.

Now they claim they can “lock me in” for $199 per month (was supposed to remain $149 or $179).

I tried to work with them and told them I would keep the medication is they would refund $100 bringing this shipment down to the $199 they are now promising. They claim they can’t do that.

Total scammers!
I will be refusing the unopened package and contacting my CC company with the proof that I told them I was not ready for a refill and that they did not have permission to charge my card!

Steer clear of them!

And no worries at all on timing: we will not process or capture any refill payment, and we will not place the next order until you tell us you’re ready. A good rule of thumb is to message us when you have about 2 weeks of medication left so we can line everything up and help you avoid any gap.

We’ve also noted on your case that you’re not ready for the refill yet so the refill workflow doesn’t move forward prematurely.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ALTRX. They approved the medicine with having a consult with a dr. After learning that the glp-1 was not fda approved I canceled my order before it was shipped. They still shipped the medicine 3 hrs after I canceled it. They said they're also charging a cancelation fee. The medicine arrived but was hot sitting out in the sun. Do not take any chances with injecting yourself with medicine where you don't know it was made. Plus horrible customer service. They never issued my money back.

They are not honest with pricing, they told me $199 for refill, then sent me the product before I could confirm, leaving me owning money. Then the day I asked to pay they told me it's $299, after telling me it's $199, and sent me the product, when I made the complaint they said moving forward you can have it for $149. They bate and switch and defraud you from money without notification and don't tell you the truth. Stay away

******* update********after countless emails and conversations, I threatened altrx with a complaint of fraudulent charges with my bank. I had all the correspondence from them admitting they overcharged me. I received six emails from them assuring me I was getting a refund and six more following stating no refunds. My last email to them informed them I had filed a complaint of fraudulent charges. Low and behold, the refund appeared. If you got scammed like I did, harass them and file a claim against them don't let them get away with this !!!!
I signed up for the 129.00 program for trizpatid. Website stated no membership fee, no price increase for the duration of program.On the second month, I was charged 299.00. I spoke to customer service and they are going to refund me 150.00 stating the program price went up to 149.00 a month. Nothing I can do about the additional 20.00 but am pissed off that they tried to scam me charging my account 299.00. finding another company that is more trustworthy. AltRX is a scam, buyer beware!!

This is an advertising scam. If you look at their information, you have to enter your email address, and that way, they get your credit card through gmail. I only knew there had been an order placed because I got a text message from the company that an item was being shipped.

Paid for the initial month when approved for the prescription and when asked If I wanted to refill, they sent me no payment information or had any included on th refill request. I fully expected to get pricing as to price packages before I approved payment . But they immediately debited my account for double the amount. As I see others have experienced without any notice, and as soon as I saw the pending, I instructed to cancel it, and they said, okay, and then the next day i got noticed that it was being shipped, and they said, well, too bad, it's already been sent out. We charged your account so there's nothing you can do about it. I feel like i'm getting AI. responses in my customer service inquiries. Which, by the way, said that I was totally correct and absolutely should have been disclosed an amount before I got a charge. But then they just left it at that and said, best we can do is not charge you again for next month. Total scam. No offer to even work with me on price. With a credit towards future prescription or anything. And now I would never deal with them again.

I lost zero pounds my first month, charged me over double on my 2nd month and still no weight loss. Does not work.
