I was in two minds about ordering from an Internet firm at the other end of the country - plus the prices seemed too good to be true considering the glazing quotes I'd had locally. I'm pleased to say the windows and doors far exceeded expectations.

Phone advice (from Carl, I think) & online support were brilliant throughout, and that is what convinced me to go ahead with purchase. I had a couple of unconventional design requirements but they were easily able to accommodate I received designs for approval and items arrived perfectly. They don't use any 3rd party logistics, they deliver themselves so no danger of any issues with items missing etc - as the driver carefully checks stock and takes photos.

My fitters also said the windows are great quality and fitted perfectly even with my measuring up - great job.

Polite and helpful

Seems to be very good quality at a very reasonable price.
It was easy to order; the only minor quibble that I had was that any notification about the delivery date went astray, so something went awry at their end. Would I use this company again - yes!

This review is for the delivery driver Antony - he was very helpful and friendly, delivering the items to inside the house as they were heavy.
I had to leave the house for work immediately after, so have not yet had the chance to inspect the product and check for damage etc, so will leave a subsequent review for aluminium trade windows once i have done that

Very friendly and helpful driver!

Having visited Aluminium Trade Windows, ATW, on several occasions before purchasing £22,000 worth of Heritage style aluminium doors and windows for my own home, pre-sale they couldn’t be more helpful. However, despite lots of fitting related questions pre-purchase (I’m a tradesman with more than 40 years experience), windows & doors arrived needing to be made up and screwed together. No restrictors were fitted despite asking if they came with the doors. ATW denied our conversations and also said they “must have misunderstood the question”. One set of French doors had to be returned to the factory to be mended because of badly fitted locking mechanism. Our order was delivered on 19 December only for 12 panes of glass to not fit and 1 piece was missing altogether, leaving us boarded up over Christmas. Overall, fitting of windows and doors took several weeks whilst waiting for replacement glass etc. Good job this wasn’t fitted for a customer, would have been a disaster. We had to measure the glass panes for a complete set of French doors as the factory delivered glass wouldn’t fit, twice. ATW have no site support whatsoever, you are totally on your own. We were told that we would be compensated if we could help ATW out by measuring the glass, they then refused any compensation or goodwill gesture when they were finally fitted. There is no technical support at all, one page of fitting instructions on website which is no good whatsoever, although if you do manage to speak to the office they can help in some instances. ATW do send replacement parts that are missing. Too many mistakes are made with the glass sizes so have to wait for replacements, add ons are needed everywhere as profiles are too thin, no tolerance on French doors. ATW are certainly not the cheapest to buy from, but we bought from ATW as we trusted them having visited. Would recommend using a credit card even as part purchase because you are on your own otherwise. Doors and windows do look good but I wouldn’t buy from this company again. I consider this to be an honest, full and fair review.

Easy ordering process, few technical questions resolved easily and expertly. What we thought was going to be a complicated purchase for our home turned out to be simple because of the support. Would recommend and certainly use again.

Was told by my local window firm they couldn’t make me a 1000mm wide French door as size needed to be 1100mm or above 🤔Aluminium trade windows could 👍 very pleased with product and delivery
