Customer service was excellent. There was a mixup with the delivery, not sure if it was my mistake or theirs, but they handled it quickly and responded very fast. The pendent itself is very cute and feels solid. The charms look cute inside as well. It’s a unique piece. I’m happy to order from them again. I’ll likely put the charm in a long necklace rather than the one it comes with.
