Issue addressed and good service. I received an email and suddenly money…
I received an email and suddenly money was deducted from my bank account. I have no idea what was happening and contacted the customer service. A kind person helped me cancel my account that apparently existed. The Escalation Team emailed me today and made more effort in going the extra mile to ensure that my account is canceled.
