Delivery was excellent came so fast. And my first box is stunning I'm looking forward to having a go

In spite of the break fof Christmas, fabric was posted quickly after break. Lovely envelope box full of gorgeous fabrics and cotton.

Getting the beautifully wrapped fabric is always a pleasure. Then the actual fabric is even more pleasing. The parcel took a little longer because of Christmas but that was no problem. Always enjoy shopping with the material girls.

Fabric as ordered, and lovely, personal customer service when one of the things I ordered wasn’t available.

My order was made on 28th December, you charged for first class post and then send an email asking how you did!! I haven’t received my order as yet. It’s been a week, I would call that 1st class!
Please advise when I will receive my order.

I placed my order but I didn’t receive it in the time frame that I usually do, so I emailed & explained my issue, I received a reply straight back & for whatever reason one letter on my postcode on my order had changed so it was sent to the next street where I went & retrieved it but they were extremely helpful & in contact until I retrieved my package

Everythibg i ordered was despatched really quickly beautifully packaged as always xx

What a fantastic service from this friendly team! Orders often come the day after being placed and the ladies are always so helpful on the telephone whether it’s colour matching or queries.

Quality materials, excellent staff who actually answer the phone and are very helpful. Orders are processed so quickly the fabric often arrived the next day. Tutorials are clear and easy to follow.

Was not for me, I didn't find it easy to use.
