I ordered the mittens which I blindly ordered a size small since there is no size chart, thankfully they fitted.
It was delivered in a compostable bag but the mittens itself was not wrapped in anything, they just came as is.

About the packaging: we use compostable bags when possible to keep things sustainable. We’ve since improved our packaging and now wrap all products to ensure they won’t arrive "as is" anymore! Plus, we now ship same-day so you get your goodies even faster. 🚀

Still Haven’t Received My Order
Let me preface by saying I still have not received the correct item and it’s been two weeks.
I ordered the vest and was accidentally sent the wrong item, no stress, we’re all human these things happen. The solution from the company was for myself/the person who received my order to mail the correct orders to eachother. Alwero provided me with a shipping label in which I sent and the receiver has received the item as per tracking. It’s been over a week since the labels were created and I still have not received mine. I have reached out to the company over a week ago asking for an updated/assistance by have heard nil response. I reached out again on Monday and still nothing and no further response from customer service. It is very disappointing.
At this stage I just want my correct vest. I’m sure it’s lovely in person but who knows until I actually receive it

Slow dispatch but great product!
It took 7 days for my order to be dispatched from the warehouse however it then took only 2 business days to arrive! The product itself is gorgeous and just as described so worth the wait. The only thing I’d suggest is that the sizes on offer be compared to dress sizes (8,10, 12 etc) as I was a little confused and apprehensive what size to order
