got scammed
got scammed, and now support isn't responding after half an hour
i ordered pc parts worth over 650€ and they were supposed to come in today until i checked on the app and it told me my order was cancelled the same day it was supposed to come in

Terrible service in Austria
Terrible service in Austria. I bought a piano, but it was out of stock. They promised in a week, even though it was written on the website to pick it up tomorrow. They offered another one, which was in stock, but it was also not available.

Top costumer service even when I had to cancel my order
I had a problem with delivery date - unfortunately I needed the article with urgency. I only realised this afterwards and the company allowed me to cancel my order and made a full refund very quickly.
In comparison with other vendors I can 100% say that this one made everything very simple and efficient for the client side. Thank you
