Avoid this company!
I had the same experience as others on here only at the Nyon Amonathos Living so it is clearly an issue with the company.

This concerns Amanthos Living near Zurich Airport (I was in Nyon. I also left and booked another hotel, same price no comparison in terms of the standards at my new accommodation.)
The reception was unattended, and our key card was left lying around, meaning anyone could theoretically have entered the room before we arrived.
Since there was a clear problem with the room, we tried to resolve it by phone, but despite numerous attempts and patience, we were unsuccessful.
Ultimately, our only option was to change hotels, naturally without a refund."
I would like to add in Nyon, the facility is tired, looks like a squat really - dead plants, old paintings, dusty...
I have tried to pin them down to send me a confirmation of booking and terms, none included.
Do not expect an honest review from Booking.com as they are partners and the ones on their website are fake. At least be honest with what you offer so people can be aware and not go in with big expectations.
I cannot believe this business operates in Switzerland! Shameful.
