I had a problem with the international…

I had a problem with the international Italian formatting of data on one of their forms and they solved it in a very short time, even releasing a patch on Sunday.
Excellent customer service. Very satisfied.

Very good experience

Very good experience. We use a bunch of extensions from Amasty. They all work great. Also support helped always with configuration in our shop. Cannot complain.
They might be a bit pricey, but worth the money.

We recently replaced all extensions…

We recently replaced all extensions from Amasty.

- Terrible support, useless.
- The extension only caused problems with everything
- after several complaints our support was blocked, although we still have a current support contract

I do not recommend anyone to buy an extension from Amasty for Magento. Too expensive, terrible support and the extension causes a lot of compatibility problems.

We will take action against Amasty because we bought products and support and the terms and conditions are not being adhered to. A complaint is already pending against Amasty

Large variety of extensions and good support

Amasty has a very large variety of extensions, you can find almost anything here. A lot of their extensions are Hyvä compatible which is very nice. The support is also very capable and respond in a good time.

Forcing Module Update - Slimey Behaviour

Made a change to their License Agreement policy which forces a new notification to appear in /admin for all customers. The only way to remove this notification is update a module even though we are paying customer who's licence is valid the notification sticks. We now have to test and therefore pay in time and development cost to update a base module to just remove a stupid banner. Why not only show the banner to those with the module version that can remove it. Just bad overall customer service and forward-thinking. Thank goodness we only have one module which we will just look to remove as this behaviour is just slimy and not customer first.

I have been using all competitors extensions in the last few years, and but the Amasty Support and quality of work, responsiveness, code etc - it is just number one when it comes to Magento. Period

Not a good company to deal with

The product page lists the price as $179, but when using it with PWA, the "free add-on" isn't actually free. After one year, there's an additional cost, plus a fee for the module, totalling around $250 per year to maintain it. This information isn't provided near the "add to cart" button. When I inquired about this with Hana in support, she became defensive and failed to assist. As a result, I decided to cancel my purchase and left an accurate review.

Amasty is by far the best module maker…

Amasty is by far the best module maker for Magento. They are super easy to install and update. And they all work amazingly. So far my site runs with 4 of their modules. There is only one thing better than their modules and it's their support. They take complete ownership of any issues and assist until it's completely resolved. To be honest I've used several other companies and Amasty is the only one that actually doesn't try to pass the buck with compatibility issues. Whilst this review may come across as fake since it's so positive, it's actually not. I rarely come across a company that has such knowledge and patient (for me anyway) with resolving issues.

Horrible horrible experience.

After 3 months of time wasting, the new extension was still not installed properly and we were refused a full refund because 30 days were over (given Store credits instead). As if it was our fault that the support team took so long !

Even now, after 4+ months, our staging environment has issues because of their installation attempt. But they are refusing to own it and fix them.

At one point, one of the developers started installation on our LIVE website and then left it midway and broken over the weekend!

You will spend ages explaining issues to someone and then that person will be unavailable and the next person will not have a clue and give you nonsense answers. They'll tell you a fix has been made and the smallest amount of testing will reveal further issues

Although issues with third-party solutions are beyond the scope of our support services, we attempted to rectify the issues to the best of our ability, which took us longer than expected due to the challenges we faced in working with modules that were new to us.

Concerning the post-installation issue during the weekend, unfortunately, we are unable to place orders on live sites for testing purposes without our clients’ explicit permission as this may cause disruption to internal systems. Nevertheless, in light of your feedback, we have revised our post-installation review processes, and we hope that these improved procedures will prevent similar issues in the future. We are grateful for your valuable input, and we're hopeful that these improvements will lead to an even more successful and satisfying partnership with you going forward.

Although we don’t provide refunds beyond 30 days after the purchase date, we were glad to suggest store credit points as an exception for your individual case.
