Faulty description of products and no refunds
We have purchased many Amasty extension and have encountered many issues. Since we have moved to Mirasvit our problems have been solved for the majority. We had to purchase an extension from Amasty based on their description but the extension turned out to miss a specific functionality.
Don't bother contacting customer 'support' because all they will do is point you to their 'policy'. No room for human judgement, just policy. Amasty's main goal is to get your money, and as soon as this goal is reached, they would rather you disappear.
