Ordered Iphone received Shampoo

Ordered a an iPhone 16 pro max. Received a shampoo bottle. When contacted the customer service right away, they told me they would investigate it. After couple of days, they blocked my account and told me they have sent the correct item with the right weight so they can’t help me any further. What a scam company!!!! I was a frequent amazon buyer but never going to trust them again!

Lack of transparency for prices

They are not showing transparently the extra costs (whether is transportation or something else). The final price is elevated and you have to pay without knowing for what. I alerted the consumer protection and they closed my ticket. Well done Belgian authorities!!!

No product or money back for weeks

Ordered a monitor 2 weeks ago with Amazon Prime from Amazon Belgium with a promised next day delivery, one week later turned out the package got lost. I called the "customer service" multiple times, where they all gave me the same answer that they have to wait for an investigation to finish and one of them even laughed with me when I said that I want my product! Now 2 weeks later I still don't have my product or money back! Other companies instantly give you the money back or send another item immediately to make sure the customer is taken care of! But Amazon BE care for themself first before the customer. This was a 1000 euro purchase btw. This site is the biggest scam hidden behind a famous brand! MY ADVICE, DONT ORDER. There are other places that at least have an actual "customer service"! With Amazon Belgium you will put your money at risk!

Never received my package! scam!

Never received my package. Although stated by BPOST that is was delivered at my address. Put in a claim with the police for stolen package as asked by the customer service. Never got my package of my money back. What a scam!

I wish I could give a negative rate!

I wish I could give a negative rate. Even before Black Friday we ordered the gifts for children and there was supposed to be delivered before the sint-day. This was clearly mentioned in the page of the product. It didn't. The customer service is like talking to a robot. There will be two very disappointed kids. Never again from amazon belgium.

Sudden cancellation of orders after 11 days of waiting.

On November 3rd I made two orders (406-6205744-7415524 for 545.8 euros, 406-7853729-7648361 for 272.9 euros, total for 818.7 euros, both seller and delivery person are Amazon itself), when ordering I was informed that I would receive the goods today, 11/14/2024.
I was ready to wait these 11 days, as the price of the goods suited me.
Today is 11/14/2024 and I was expecting to receive the long-awaited goods, but suddenly instead today I received emails that both orders were unilaterally canceled by Amazon today due to the lack of goods.
As a result, I wasted a lot of time, while I could not spend 818.7 euros buying goods elsewhere, as this money was stuck in Amazon.
Big disappointment.

Watch out for inactivated Starbucks cards

I got 3 packs of Starbucks cards. They were sent several days apart I gifted one of the cards and the recipient was extremely embarrassed when the card didn’t work. Apparently these packs that kept coming were a mistake. I thought they were my mistake at first but it was Amazon’s mistake. I would just like to warn people who like to use these as stocking stuffers that they might want to purchase them elsewhere. Amazon customer service was no help and I notice they are printing very few negative reviews these days.

Please save yourself the trouble by…

Please save yourself the trouble by going into the shop and buying. The fake next day promise deliveries and when you reach the customer support only to hear that we are free to go and buy whenever we want. At least you will give the money to your local shop than giving to this losers.

3 and a half hour chat

Tonight I have been on a chat with Amazon for 3 hours and nothing has been resolved. The subscription we pay for with Amazon is for fast shipping. Lately items have not been coming to us on time. We've had time sensitive events that require certain items within a time frame but it seems like Amazon has not been enforcing shipping times with their vendors and we are getting things late. I engaged in a chat. This chat has transferred me more than 7 times to different agents. It is abysmal customer service. I am speaking with a hoard of agents somewhere in India by the sound of the names. They keep passing me to different agents and nothing is getting done. This is beyond abysmal. Three hours! Amazon you owe me three and one half hours of my life back!

The possibility to reach customer…

The possibility to reach customer service is nihil. You get automated replies without the possibility to reply back. You return an item. Amazon claims that a refund has been issued and it should be received in 5 days. 7 days later and still nothing . Fact is that other repayments by Amazon happened in 24 hours. In order to get a response we were connected via phone to Seattle USA ( 65 minutes no solution). Then we got a reply from France and within the conversation a Belgium phone number (apparently Amazon Belgium) called us. The phone numbers are no reply numbers so Amazon wants to make sure you cannot contact customer service! They hide behind the producer/ seller. You get products from china without any instructions in Dutch or French ( legally required)! We only buy via Amazon so that delivery is secured , the quality is there and that in case there is something wrong we get a refund! Normally it works quite swiftly but this time it looks like they are stalling and keep sending us standard replies. We have cancelled our prime membership!

Amazon - Prime Video sont vouleurs.

Oh, I see that Amazon has the world record in low trust already, so they probably dont care about one more bad comment.

Well: I subscribed for a 7 days long free subscription to Prime Video - wich I got, and what I could watch was few and lousy movies and a loooot of crappy series. All the good stuf was "temporarely not avaiable in your area"...

It gets worse:

I tried to end the subscription 2 days before it ran out. No way !
Clicking on "end membership" had no effect at all - NOTHING happened - not even an error message came up...
BUT there was a link to Help, so I clicked that, and got an error message - the page was not existing...

After an hour or so, I gave up, and guessed that Amazon/Prime Video had a problem with their site.

NEXT DAY: I tried again - guess what happened...
You got it - NOTHING !!!!!! Same crap as yesterday.

Today I see that Prime Video has drawn the subscription fee for a month.
And
Today I have ended my subscription - nooo problem.

What is going on here - are Amazon/Prime Video so low, that they pull a scam on their potential customers ???
I can assure that it has ONE effect on me:
"NEVER AGAIN PRIME VIDEO OR AMAZON !!!"
Also I will sell all my Amazon Stocks - because I cannot believe that Amazon is a good business that will grow, when this is how it works.

Addition on feb.02-24:

Getting Worse: They took payment for my unwanted subscription and i put it to an end, so they will not grab more of my money, and what I see now is, that I can't see much <1% of contents, and mainly bad series, and the rest is only possibly to watch if I buy or rent or is not avaiable at all, so I payed for 1 month, and I got 1 day.

So I have payed for a subscription in one month, and I get basicly nothing.

That is called theft !

Returning a package to Amazon.be

Up to now only positive experiences with the packages I received from Amazon.

BUT ... the moment there is a problem and you want to return a shipment ...

Package arrived with Bpost ... no problem with that company.

However .. returning a package : MONDIAL RELAY

Just check the reviews about Mondial Relay at Trustpilot .. it is DRAMATIC !!!

I do not have a receipt for return because the Mondial Relay does not provide one at their drop points !!!

I do not have a tracking number because all I got was a QR code from Amazon !!!

So impossible to complain about 'lost' packages at Mondial Relay.

I hope the package gets delivered but returning a package to Amazon with tracking or getting in touch with them is impossible!

Do not know if I ever want to order at Amazon.
Rather pay something more somewhere else where you get a honest service.

Or selling diary as leather when its clearly mafe of plastic and mentioning this in the review. It has happened to me a few times. Only positive feedback is allowed? I dont use amazon a lot, but i will significantly reduce my orders from this company that sells lots of cheap quaily items.

Never again with amazon Belgium…

I put one star because the minimum is one.
I was thinking that Amazon whatever the country is same process same quality.
Now I realize that is not the case. Amazon.com.be is the worst website, delay, you order something, they inform you that you will receive it before 20:00, you stay at home and at 19:50, they inform you that there is delay.
customer service can't tell you where is your order and when you ask for reimbursement, you need to wait.
