No service at all

Item damaged after 30 days? Bad luck, go to the manufacturer’s website (somewhere in China) and ask a repair overthere.

Absolutely horrendous service

Absolutely horrendous service. First I order an apple watch and somehow they manage to ship me an ink cartridge instead. I get in touch, they send me another apple watch and in the day of the delivery (on a Saturday) they sent to the original address which was my office which is closed during the weekend (till then of course it is fine, there is no way for then to know. The original date was during the week). They called me telling me the delivery guy has been there and I tell them they could instead send to my home which is just a few meters from my office. The attendant say it is okay and she will inform the delivery guy. Of course I was expecting it to be in the next minutes since it was so close but I waited and nothing. After more or less half an hour waiting I ask them and the person GUARANTEES me the delivery will still be made that evening so I even postponed some plans to wait for that delivery. After two hours and nothing I get in touch with their customer service which then tells me the delivery will still with 'Great chance' be done that evening since they delivery until 22:30 and that the appropriate department will get in touch with me by email in case they don't. So not only the delivery that was first 'guaranteed' and then had 'great chances' to be delivered wasn't done as no email was ever sent. Let's not forget that's all happening after I got ink cartridge instead of the Apple Watch I've ordered. Absolutely horrendous service which you cannot trust any word coming from, very amateuristic.

Cancels your pre-order for you ... offers no solution.

Pre-ordered an item on 28th of october. 2 weeks after the release date they cancel it because they can't seem to acquire the item after all. Very disgruntled prime subscriber will now be a ex amazon customer. Ever since Belgians have been shoehorned into using amazon.com.be it has been one big fiasco. Also get the language right in the mails to your customers. Its unprofessional to only send emails in french in 2023.
