One of the worst online delivery in egypt.
The delivery takes too much to arrive, if you bought 3 items each item arrive separately and the deluvery guys are so unprofessional and they wait after handing over the to give them money.
Every time you buy some pharmaceutical needs you will get the box cracked, opened or damaged.
The veterinary products are not from trustworthy supplier so you will find products inauthentic or expired.

Noon is much better if you are shopping in egypt.

The Worst Amazon Experience in the World

I moved to Cairo a few months ago and have had multiple issues with Amazon's services here. I have had to return several products due to receiving incorrect items, and the return process is incredibly chaotic. However, the worst part by far is the customer service. Resolving any issue, whether big or small, is an absolute nightmare.

In my most recent experience, I returned an item, but since they claim they cannot locate it in their warehouse, they are refusing to issue a refund. This has been both frustrating and unacceptable.

I am giving one star only because zero stars is not an option. Amazon has always been synonymous with excellent customer service in my experience, but here in Egypt, it is completely absent. My advice is to prioritize price over the brand name—if you can find the same product cheaper elsewhere, buy it there. If you are familiar with Amazon's standards in other countries, you will likely be disappointed and frustrated here. Do not be misled by the name; the service does not match the reputation.

I purchased many things on different occasions from amazon.eg and generally everything is just great. even when i once paid online (not on delivery) and the item that was delivered was faulty the custoer care rep. helped me to refund my money and everything was fine. I always use amazon to buy many stuff especially when there's a big sale coming ahead like black Friday, Ramadan or New year holidays. they always have great offers.

This is literally the last time, ill deal with this stupid company, Wasted 3 fucken full days of my life waiting for my orders and every time I reach them they give me another stupid excuses which wasn't confirmed in the POC.
First excuse: item is missing from Currier, ,,I should re order with different price now
2nd day excuse: Your order will be there but its running late
3rd day excuse: Oh location showing on app is different than the one I filled in the address section (Like for real )!!!! I received one already the prev day with no delay and it came first thing in the morning.
WHY NOO DRIVER IS REACHING IF THE LOCATION IS THE ISSUE ?
WHY 12 Hours Window for receiving the packages! and it doesnt show up in the end

Worst online shopping.
After receiving my order witch the stated no battery included but this doesn’t mean no battery holder to install the battery's, when I requested a refund Amazon wants a picture of my national ID, this is a scam to collect personal information and promote Identity theft, I refused and I am stuck with bad product , do no use Amazon Egypt , do no provide your personal informations , they will have you VISA and banking information including you ID, good buy your money from your bank account.
Stand for your personal rights.

Worest online shopping experience , i purchased a big table , the deilvery man brough small paper envelop ! So i requested refund for sending wrong item. The customer service requested my ID to get my refund!! Never saw a shame like this inspite of apologizing for dealing with scam sellers they punish the customers and make them suffer for their refund . Amazon Egypt is a scam

Worest Amazon Service i have ever dealt with, they keep sending wrong items which as not as description and when you start to return the items it took too much time to get refunded,This is not the customer service, it is the worst when you talk to a service representative. I asked to speak to the manager after many attempts. I spoke to him and he was in a hurry and did not know that I was the buyer. Rather, I felt that I was an employee of him. This is the height rudeness.

Worst Amazon I have ever seen, they spend their time sending the wrong products, I think they do it on purpose, I have returned 20 products in about 3 months, a real shame, plus they take the time To repay catastrophic organization

there is a big problem with amazon egypt
is that we rarely receive what we order
Amazon Egypt sellers should be sanctioned because it's not normal
I've never had this problem in other countries
but in Egypt I constantly send back my orders
it's shameful amazon do something it's unacceptable
the sellers send different models or sometimes it is very dirty I never see that in Paris or Dubai with Amazon but here hummmmmmmm

Amazon Egypt is the worst. My advice to anyone thinking that this is a trusted online shopping platform never to order from there. I ordered a mobile cover which came broken and all glitter spilt from inside, issued a return and no one came to pick it up. Posted a product review and Amazon did not publish it. Total Scam!!!

Anything but not Amazon!

From more than 50 different products which ordered passt 4 years, 2 was exactly like ordered AC and original airbugs, THAT‘S IT ! Nothing else was like the picture and descriptions, most joke was the mosquito net. Egypt Amazon have nothing alike of Amazon out of this country! Most worst customer service, returns didn’t work, clear refunds didn’t work, english knowledge of customer service is 0,01%

It’s always a luck what you might get, you order a car and will get a donkey with a sticker on the forehead (hard example)

Amazon Egypt isn´t to compare with Amazon Germany, USA, UK etc..The word "Service" is totally unknown. Criminal sellers are normal, they were never deleted. For retourning parcels, you get never a reciept. Parcels with a value so often stolen from the drivers. Amazon is doing nothing. The agents in the chat are ever very happy, if I was scammed once again! My lousy experiences with 100 of orders since July 2023.

Amazon Egypt has no customer services and use sellers that are not trustworthy.
They are unable to deal with complaints and are rude at times and sleepy( yawning) at others.
I put an order in amazon and the seller #nasr_city_on_line. Seller advertises same product as last one in stock. Several time. Forcing you to order more than once and paying for shipment every single time. I complained to amazon and they thought it was out of stock!!! Csa was rude too.
Same seller advertised 2 in stock twice. After ordering the 4 and paying the extra shipment using my credit card - £ to LE - seller cancelled 3 of the order and refund of course in 5-7 days converted from LE to £.
Called amazon and csa after yawning and trying to come round, asked me to order agian!!!
Poor #amazon customer services, traders check and lack of handling problems/ complaints.

I got scammed , When I bought mobile realme c53 and when i received the package i could not find the mobile inside it , only the mobile empty box was there , amazon customer service said , sorry we are confirming the mobile was there and there is no evidence prove the mobile was not there , so they refused to refund or send another mobile , Amazon.eg really does not care and they are not compliance with normal Amazon.com global standard, so please take care! And highly advice to not buy any electronic devices through amazon.eg

So bad delivery system. They delay you with days and weeks. Their system is so bad and not flexible at all. Wouldn’t use Amazon in Egypt again

Logistics in amazon is a disaster! they throw my package Infront the door without notifying me! items is not as described and when i told them, they didn't even ask the seller to change it!! and when i ask for a refund it took ages to return my money! a frustrating online shopping experience that i will never ever do it again.

One of the most worst, unknowledgeable and unhelpful customer services would suffer from to the contrary to Amazon.com expected level of servicing customers.
In addition to some freaky situations which they claim that its Amazon Egypt policy:

1- if the order is too big for the delivery agent, he is allowed to throw it at your building door, and let you suffer getting it up to your apartment.
2-if you have 3-4 returns, the agent might get just 1-2 assigned to him, so he may visit you 3-4 times finish your return requests.

I had contacted them and asked for someone responsible to resolve such dummy policy chages if they do even exist, fortunately i have been transferred to one of the management who solved some of my issues with returns which i didn't get my refund for some of them till today, but he really compensated my time and suffering with 3-4 previous agents, and hopefully he would resolve this permanently.

I ordered an item on Amazon Egypt and it was delivered as scheduled. However, when I discovered it was defective I tried to return it. I scheduled a return and the Amazon agent never picked it up. I then contacted customer service which scheduled another pickup and again another no-show. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Orders arrive on time. Returns are no problem. You can find probably find anything you are looking for on Amazon.com. I have dealt with them for many, many years and have ordered hundreds of products. They have made only one mistake and it was rectified promptly.
