I bought a door handle for 23 Euros on March 15, 2021 and for online purchase, I was asked to open an account by giving name , address, and that's all. After that I have received a confirmation email of my account with the subject "Welcome to Amazon Prime" and no other information.
After 7 month understood Amazon is charging 3 euros monthly on my credit card, when I returned to the online account, surprisingly I found a membership that I have never applied for that. I have never received any receipt/bill on this membership to confirm if I applied for that in reality. RETURM MY MONEY SCAMMERS!

I have been a European Amazon customer for the past years, before Amazon came to Germany and the Netherlands. I bought my stuff on Amazon.com. After Amazon came to Germany, I made an account on Amazon.de and later also on amazon.nl, where I also bought some books.
One of the accounts (probably the .com account) was on my telephone number with no email address. The other one was on my email address
On februari 8, I decided to clean up and deleted my .com account and closed also the .de account. What I didn’t know at that time, was that these accounts were needed to access the books in my kindle library that were bought at these sites. And what I also didn’t know (Amazon didn’t warn me at all about this) was that my .nl account would also automatically be deleted once I deleted the other two. That was clearly not my intention; I just wanted to make things more simple, not end my account at amazon.
I several times contacted the dutch, the German and the American customer services and gave them my credit card transaction data of the books I purchased, but they were not able or willing to give me back my e-books. The three branches of this company do not cooperate with each other and they do not have proper procedures to handle this kind of exceptional complaints.

Fine company. Have made a couple or orders so far, returned one of the items and it went off without a hitch. I got my money back within a week. Orders seem to follow descriptions.

DHL sent my return package to a completely different, incorrect address than what was on the printed label and refused to help.
I contacted amazon via chat and they were able to help me within minutes. The agent was helpful and understanding and absolutely professional.

Product arrives visibly used, then either you try to package the item back somehow, go out during the pandemic to send it back (we do not do that due to medical reasons, this is exactly why we order online), pay for the shipping, and then try to get your money for the shipping back from them somehow (there you go you have at least 3 extra items on your to do list due to a seller thinking it is ok to send out used products) or: amazon.nl just can not do anything about it! Congratulations, what a service!
Ridiculous for Amazon.nl and waste time for customer
Place a order in Amazon.nl at mid of Feb, ORDER # 406-5489474-8893143. During this 1.5 month, I checked with Customer service 2 or 3 times. And they always told me I will get it asap. Amazon is arranging for you your product. But today I only receive a Email that my order is cancelled, without any explanation, just after 1.5 month waiting time. And the ridiculous thing is, when I click this product in my cancelled order history, Amazon.nl even ask me if I want to buy it again. But for a more expensive price.
Dissapointing
What an ugly site for one of the biggest platforms on earth. It amazes me how the accesibility of certain products through the catalogus remind me of a third world country. Out of principle I would never use this platform because it ruins the world every day one step closer to complete annihilation. Lastly, their shipping times are just lies. Don't think if you order something today it will arrive tomorrow because it says so. Please do the world a favour, and order from your local business if possible

Amazon.nl has very bad service in the Netherlands. The date of order placement is 27 Feb and planned delivery date shown on Amazon order page for the product is 7-9 March.
That means, the shipment must take place as soon as possible to not reach and breach the planned date. If it is getting delivered early, a more happy customer is gained. If it is getting delayed exactly on time, a neutral or negative customer reaction is anticipated. If it is getting delivered after the planned date, then a very bad customer rating is expected.
In this case, I'm very dissatisfied by the service of Amazon.nl because they lack the proactiveness in serving the customer. On the same note, Amazon.de does a better service(early delivery or before the planned date) compared to Amazon.nl and I'm dissatisfied with Amazon.nl for such a service.
Finally, a planned delivery date is only generated by Amazon.nl to which a customer has to agree or propose a new later date. That would mean, as a customer even if I wish to have it delivered early, Amazon insists that they will not allow it early.
I consider this as a flaw in Amazon systems.
A planned delivery date must be an estimate and seller has to make immediate arrangements to deliver as quickly as possible and make possible communication to a customer to earn customer appreciation.
Amazon has an absolutely regretting service!
