Amazon logistics is horrible!!! Been waiting for my package for almost a week just to track again and I just saw it was returned back. Meanwhile I have been at home waiting.

Consistently lie about delivery attemps…

Consistently lie about delivery attemps to my flat. Has happened twice in the last month. No call through the intercom, no attempt to contact me via a phone call. Useless. Just a waste of time.

In general I get my deliveries no problem but there are clearly some drivers who don't like to deliver to flats so they rather do this.

Maybe there is a reason other than laziness to this, but both Amazon and the drivers need to work on this. Either Amazon making sure the drivers have enough time to deliver to flats because lift takes time etc. And dealing with drivers who avoid flats.

I'd more than happily meet a driver at the entrance of the flat, but you can't do that when they don't even contact you to ask you to come down.

I'm sick & tired of Amazon posting a delivery day &/or time and not honoring it at least once or more times a week. About every 5th order or so does not get delivered on time. Customer service only plays into the lie when u call. Why is there no consequence to amazon for this? Why are they allowed to continuously gaslight and deceive customers of what they are paying for in their membership? There needs to be some oversight into the unethical business conduct from Amazon. It's so infuriating bc it's consistent. And to be gaslit by customer service is just insulting & more infuriating. I'm unable to drive due to disability so I'm at the mercy of delivery services. And they take advantage of that. It's plainly criminal. They charge for a membership that they do Not honor.

I ordered a product through Amazon

I ordered a product through Amazon, item never arrived. Tracking through USPS showed Item was never delivered or received at a USPS location from seller.
8 days later and two missed delivery dates.
Amazon was contacted and I asked for a refund. I was informed that I had to fill out an incident report for them to review and look at refund.
This was after on line chat to Amazon Customer Service. Whom researched and confirmed the non delivery.
So Amazon is making me jump through hoops to get my refund on a problem created by their Seller and their service.

Never Read Delivery Instructions

You use your delivery instructions to state when and where you'd like a delivery. When its a business address you tell them when its open and closed and then Amazon Logistics Manchester completely ignore all such instructions, supposedly "deliver" to an address that is locked at the gates on a Sunday.
Either they are telling porkies on the tracking or the driver is stealing parcels and claiming delivery. Either way I don't trust them.

Worse than useless!

Do you know how many times Amazon Logistics have successfully delivered a parcel to my house? ZERO. Z-E-R-O!!! No photo to see where the hell a parcel has been delivered, nothing. I just have to post on FB, ask around the neighbourhood and hope someone is honest and hands my parcel over. Also fed up of ordering from people that hide that they use them!
Worse than useless honestly.

My advice is if it says sold by and shipped by Amazon, don't buy, you can bet TBA which is Amazon drivers are going to be the ones to deliver, almost every package I have had that has come TBA, I never got, either dumped off at someone else's house or marked as, wrong address and can't deliver, ups, FedEx, or USPS has no problem just tba, the drivers in my area are contract drivers, all they have to do is follow the delivery instructions and it would work fine. When I order something from Amazon I make sure it don't say sold and shipped from Amazon. Amazon has my GPS reading wrong, I have in the delivery instructions,, do not use GPS readings to call first, not a one will look at this. I have been a prime member since somewhere around 1999, now I'm about to close my account and never order from Amazon again because of there TBA drivers, and the hassel it is to get a refund from their mistake

Amazonlogistics delivery driver had…

Amazonlogistics delivery driver had claimed that he/she had delivered the parcel, when in fact I had not received it at my door! I started a claim on eBay, only to find, three days later that the delivery driver had dropped it into my neighbours home, but had not left a note in my letter box, to notify my of this. It is a simple thing to do. Drop a note into my letter box. This has been done with previous delivery companies. And Amazonlogistic's delivery drivers should be doing the same.

GPS isn't proof of delivery - avoid this company like the plague!

GPS isn't proof of delivery - that GPS location could be any one of 6 flats. The driver could've claimed to have delivered and then just kept it for himself/herself. No one attempted to deliver to my address at the time in question, or came upstairs in the block of flats, and I've provided proof of this fact from my Eufy doorbell. The Ebay seller has still refused to refund or replace the item because Amazon Logistics has provided 'GPS'. I'll keep appealing until either Ebay or the seller makes it right - I won't simply accept a loss of money and/or goods, and I also won't have anything to do with this useless 'delivery company' ever again.

Thanks for absolutely nothing Amazon Logistics!

I will now be telling all Ebay sellers if they intend to use Amazon Logistics they can simply go ahead and cancel the order.

Amazon Logistics lack logic...

I wish delivery companies would find some way of monitoring the rogue drivers. I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to report a delivery which was returned by the driver but reported as my having rejected it. This means the seller has to believe either me or the driver. Because the delivery was not for Amazon they cannot track the item or identify the driver. This could be easily avoided if it was policy that drivers take a photograph of the delivery location to prove that they were there - especially if they are claiming the recipient was out or rejected the package. In addition, it is very difficult to contact Amazon other than through a chatbot with its automated suggestions. With more and more online deliveries taking place, these companies have got to sort out these issues, otherwise we will all suffer. My advice - use Royal Mail.

Total Disaster.

This part of Amazon group is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs. To be clear this isn’t your normal Amazon deliveries just the part that ships non Amazon items.
They lost the first package then said they’d delivered the second when my CCTV coverage showed non] attempted delivery at all. Either incompetent or worse…

Circles…

They wait until the delivery date to ship and then make you sit at home all day waiting on an expensive item to arrive only to let you know they sent it back to be processed at the same carrier facility again then expect to expect you wait another 4 days, if you sit there again all day and get lucky they'll actually deliver it.

Unrealistic delivery date after waiting past delivery date

For 2 days I've been waiting for my package on the 2nd day at 10pm non the less for it update by Sept. 25th when it was supposed to be delivered on the 19th. Atleast when they used fed ex and ups I'd have my package the day it was expected. Never had an issue til now. Thanks for having a spot in colonie ny just for them to keep saying it arrived and is being processed. It's not busy season, theirs no acts of mother nature anything for amazon to save a buck and have the customer wait. It was needed for the dates prior which was why it was ordered. If this is how amazon is handling their company now I will no longer be ordering from them. 4 days to ship then another week to get it when it should've been the day after it was shipped is not good business.

update to a previous negative review

update to a previous review where I was appalled at the recent Amazon Logistics delivery guys dumping my parcel outside my garden gate!.......
yesterday's delivery was perfect! The guy was accompanied by what appeared to be a supervisor/training guy. They came through my gate into the garden and then knocked on my door!
He greeted me with a smile, checked my name and although it was an age restricted item and he didnt ask my age, he could at least see that I was well over the age limit. He also placed the parcel inside my door rather than dumping it on the step. :-)
It would appear to mean they do take note of complaints and negative reviews - hoorah!
Please please keep up the training and good delivery Amazon Logistics.
