Incompetent

I called Amazon Logistics probably 10 times telling them to deliver after 5:30pm when I'm back from work - they 'attempted delivery' at 1:30pm on the first day then 4:10pm on the second day!! I came home and no one mentioned that there was any attempted delivery at all. The drivers are incompetent.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!

Same as all reviews below like what on earth!!! Ordered something from Etsy said it will be delivered window kept changing then it said can't deliver them someone showed up when we were out!!! Then for 3 days the say attempted delivery but no one came at all. Eventually said they can't find the address... That they made it to before!!! Updated all instructions like use Google maps it shows awful awful. Still waiting for my delivery and no updates. Why ask me to do all that when you can see they came before.

PRIME membership for what?

What am I actually getting paying for Prime anymore? I would rather pay shipping for every item, not be promised it'll arrive by 10PM same day, next day, or in two days, have legitimate tracking information & actual customer service when things don't arrive.

I select guaranteed delivery items when I cannot find that item locally and I need it asap. Time and time again, birthdays or other important deadlines are ruined bc my items promised to arrive by 10PM are "delayed" at the very last second. Amazon Logistics will show your item "out for delivery" for hours & then will let you know your guaranteed delivery is not, in fact, guaranteed. Nope, by 10:01 they let you know it's delayed or "late". Why? They won't say. Because the person you have to ask is an Amazon customer service rep who doesn't understand your issue & will only provide a string of confusing and vague solutions (i.e. "we see it is out for delivery, you should receive within the next 48 hours," or, "I will escalate this, you should receive within 24 hours," or, "carrier says within 3 days...") What part of "SAME DAY DELIVERY, ITEM ARRIVES BY 10PM" don't you understand?? Not 48 hours. Not 24 hours. Not within the week. TODAY. By 10pm. YOU promised me that. This is why I pay for your ever-increasing Prime membership...

Today, once again, I waited until 10PM to get an item I was promised. An item not in stock anywhere near my house. An item for my husband's birthday. And now I get to let him know tomorrow that part of his gift is late & I don't know when it will arrive. Hell, tomorrow night Amazon will probably wait until 10:01 to let me know they THINK my items have somehow been "lost"-- that's another favorite move on their part. Delay. Late. Lost.

I don't know why Amazon Logistics cannot get it together-- I've never seen so many 1 star reviews in my life! If Amazon cannot rid itself of its horrific delivery team, it needs to stop offering guaranteed delivery windows immediately. Or watch your Prine memberships plummet. People don't trust you. We would rather pay for shipping per item & actually get what we ordered.

Fix it. I am so done.

Amazon Logistics appears to be a sham…

Amazon Logistics appears to be a sham business front for their Amazon Prime division. They often trap their members by promising impossible 1-2 day deliveries on most orders knowing full well it won't be met, and yet they still collect nearly $26-Billion dollars a year (look it up) in Prime membership fees. Wish to hold Amazon to the terms of their Prime membership contract? They need to be PENALIZED every time they fail to meet their delivery promises, say a $25 credit toward your annual Prime membership fee!.. can you just imaging the affect that would have? Amazon Prime Logistics would never be late with their deliveries EVER AGAIN!

Very poor service indeed

Item ordered from eBay sent via amazon logistics... All very good I was sent an email by amazon with tracking number your order delivery tomorrow.. Estimate time given... How efficient!!!! Then the rot sets in time frame pushed forward by 3 hours and then it's pushed forward again.. You wait again but no delivery is forthcoming the delivery is actually the following day and late in the day at that!!!!..... And as with other carriers no knock or ring of door bell just dump and dash This has happened with 4 separate deliveries very poor indeed

Shipment on behalf of ebay.uk from…

Shipment on behalf of ebay.uk from Beautymagasin, misleading delivery provider info, Amazon shipping instead 48RoyalMail as stated. Would never order if I knew first place.
Amazon tracking shows
"your item was left in the mail room"?!
"delivered"?!
It wasn't delivered it was "LEFT" somewhere!
You got specific address to deliver to!
Bad service in area puts me of ordering from Amazon. Not all the items are delivered to parcel lockers. Recently ordered something to friend's place, courier didn't bother to put envelope trough letterbox, left on doorstep for passersby to see.

Warning

Fake deliveries!!! As for Amazon itself and protection for buyers I love them. But every shopping I want to do is followed by fear of getting the items. The Amazon Logistics - Europe is probably the most dodgy courier I have met. ANOTHER item was delivered to me last Sunday BUT it didn’t arrive somehow. So has control over those guys who deliver for Amazon. I have heard that it is easy to become an Amazon courier. It is bloody frustrating to deal with lazy not-getting-your-doors couriers. Are they lazy? Dishonest? Thieves? AMAZON - WAKE UP!!!

PS. Last few deliveries were perfect.👍

Less than one star

Less than one star! This company has now said it has delivered five packages to me in one week yet ALL of them are nowhere to be found. Retailers have had to resend items using Royal Mail or DPD.

Every other courier can find our house without issue. Amazon used to be great but no longer. Absolutely zero customer service and the customer notification technology is seriously flawed.

No longer buying from Amazon, despite having Prime. A huge shame other companies are now using Amazon Logisitics, I actively won't buy from them if they do as I have no confidence at all that I will get the goods.

Packages never arrive by date stated…

Packages never arrive by date stated when order is placed. The date gets pushed out day after day. Always states by will arrive by 10pm. But it doesn't, then states it will be delivered to next day by 10pm. Had to cancel multiple shipments due to delivery issues. No way to contact local delivery location to arrange a pickup. Packages are at local depot for delivery, but not able to get them.

I had several packages not be delivered…

I had several packages not be delivered because the driver would lie and say wasn't available then they damaged the package and never got it so wasted HOURS of my time, getting run around and was told someone would reach out. No one ever reaches out btw, it's just a tactic! After that fiasco, I had to return a huge heavy package and requested UPS pickup, UPS lied saying they attempted to pick it up while no one arrived and I stayed till 11 pm waiting since that is what UPS said to do, then Amazon supervisor hung up the phone and said I had to be there when it clearly said can leave the package outside, suffice it to say neither the UPS customer service nor Amazon customer service were upfront with anything just giving the runaround. So on top of the Logistics experience and now this I must say... we need to ban corporations by NOT buying from them or doing business with them as they truly don't care about the customer just the green bills they steal and time wasted. #1 health is more important than consuming things one can't take when they die!!!! Ban these liars that literally don't know what's happening with the packages!

For a 2nd time claiming to have…

For a 2nd time claiming to have delivered what I believe to be a product that is OUT OF STOCK.
The Company that I ordered from, WeightWorld, claim to have dispatched a product that they admit is out of stock in the UK, and that they will send it from their warehouse in POLAND,,,,within TWO WORKING DAYS. I get a tracking code that shows a delivery at 6.30pm yesterday. Sorry...I was in the house. No van/ no delivery? Something doesn't add up!!

Please contact sender for help with this package

According to amazon logistics, my package was shipped to them and then "Package has left the carrier facility," a week ago. No news since, it's three days late. I entered the tracking info into amazonlogistics.com's website, and their only response is "Please contact sender for help with this package. " The sender says the package is entirely in the care of amazonlogistics and can only provide AmazonLogistics's TBAxxxxxxxxxxx tracking number, and No customer service help available from AmazonLogsitics. UPS & Fedex are much better delivery companies, it is a greedy shame that Amazon is trying to cut corners with an inferior delivery system.
