AmazonSUB Prime

When I started using Amazon Prime years ago, I would’ve given them 4 stars. But over the last couple of years and countless orders later, they’ve really been disappointing. I have a laundry basket full of Amazon’s “mistakes”: 6-7 incorrectly sized and/or designed shirts and a handheld vacuum that doesn’t work at all. The few items I’ve returned for exchange or refund never seem to be acknowledged by Amazon at all; so I’m stuck paying for everything, including the steep Prime fees. But no more - there’s too many other options online to put up with that treatment.

Talk about SCAM

Talk about SCAM. I received a 'so call' payment refund check that was returned back to my bank which I had to pay additional fees. Went to file a claim before the expiration time and everytime when uploaded the bank receipti received error code and was blocked. So the payment prime subscription refund is a big scam especially if you live in another country.

False Promo for Prime Membership

On April 16, 2026, I signed up for what was presented as a 1-week Prime membership promotion for $1.99. However, on that same day, I was charged $15.89 for a full month of membership extending through May 16, 2026.
When I contacted customer service, I was informed that there was no such promotion and that I had signed up for a full monthly membership. This does not align with what was displayed at the time of signup. If the promotion was shown and accepted, it is not reasonable to shift responsibility to the customer.
I requested a refund for the difference or a full reversal of the charge, but request was denied. Not renewing membership, I'm done!

Just read Charlene Williams novel “ The Sadness Beneath The Uniform. Great read and very informative for things that never rise to the top of service. Her experience in uniform can serve as a valuable lesson for those who may followed her footsteps. The book made you think of your leadership style when you served. Did you exhaust your own ideas to help or hold back your sailors. Great perspective from the female sailor who rose through the ranks enduring so much. I would recommend reading this novel for better understanding of what others maybe carrying in uniform.

Done Being Duped

I'm sorry to say I've been a prime member for years. I really should've cut the chord a while ago; service and delivery promises have been unreliable to say the least for a few years now. What exactly ARE we paying for if not reliable fast delivery? Delayed deliveries are the norm now and I cannot even count the number of times I've located a package delivered sometime overnight that's just been tossed in my yard or left in the road at the end of the drive. I'm done spending a fortune on Prime membership and with Amazon being our go-to.

WORST Customer Service

I have been trying to set up subscribe and save items to avoid running out of products. Unfortunately, Amazon cannot live up to their promise of delivering these items. They are either sold out or arrive late. Currently, my entire order of 8 items is 8 days late. This order contains cat food (and coffee!!!). I was low on cat food and actually went into my account to have the order shipped a day earlier, and this is how it's worked out for me. I've had to purchase more expensive cat food and coffee elsewhere just waiting on this order. Not to mention, I receive wrong items and have to wait for a replacement and then send the wrong item back. What a hassle going to UPS for Amazon's mistake. Where is my compensation? My time is important and I'm tired of wasting it on Amazon's incompetence.

Amazon Prime dropped the ball on this one

Amazon Prime dropped the ball with this one. I ordered this product April 13, 2026 through Prime. The whole purpose was to get FAST shipping so I can get my package early. The order said it will come, the next day, April 14th between 4am to 8am. Well, the next morning I got a message through Amazon Prime at 5:06am that they couldn't get to my house. They didn't call or text my phone so I can buzz them in as the instructions said to do. I responded to the message through Prime at 6:15am only to see them end conversation shortly afterwards. So I called customer service April 14th and asked where is my package??? Venace told me that they called the driver and he will come at the end of the day or maybe April 15 that morning. April 15th, the driver didn't come that morning so I called customer service again. I talked to Reeja. Reeja specifically told me the problem has been escalated and guaranteed my package will come by the end of the day on April 15th. Sadly the package didn't come and I went to get a knee brace myself personally. Crazy thing is I ordered a baby car seat THE SAME DAY, April 13th and it came April 15th with no problem. Idk why this product didn't come but it surely defeated the purpose of being convenient ordering online especially through Prime to save me a trip only for me to cancel it getting it myself. It defeats the purpose to give delivery instructions to incompetent drivers that don't follow them or hold your package hostage because they missed you. Good Grief.

Instant gratification but I wish they would stop putting packages OUTSIDE MY GATE or ON SIDEWALK, I LIVE IN THE GHETTO! I am so surprised nothing has been stolen , yet. It's a matter of time I fear. Consistent delivery to the wrong…

Consistent delivery to the wrong address. Even if you put locker delivery, they will deliver to wherever they want. I cancelled Amazon prime completely due to the last 4 deliveries being delivered to the wrong address. I cancelled Amazon prime not depend on them at all.

If there was an option to select 0 stars I would. I have been a loyal customer since 2020 and I am on an IVA and disabled and I thought I was paying student prices and I have only just realised I wasn’t and I have contacted Amazon and they have said they will only pay me back for a year.. what about the other 5? Being on an IVA every penny counts and this money could have been going to my creditors. Need someone in management to sort this out!

Why doesn’t Show page say when next season is due

Why in the world don’t TV streaming services say when the next season of a series may air? I watch a tv series. It was great. But then I have no idea when the next season comes out. On the Series page, just say such as, “Season [whichever] scheduled for [month, year].” Why do I have to go to Google for it? Give us a clue! Sometimes it’s a year or more.
