Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 456 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the subscription, feeling it no longer offered value for money due to increased prices and diminished benefits. The delivery service was a major point of contention, with numerous complaints about delayed, unreliable, and even missing packages, despite paying for expedited shipping. Reviewers also found the product quality and service to be declining, often receiving wrong or damaged items and facing difficulties with customer support. The content offered through the service was also criticized, as many films and series required additional payment or were interrupted by ads, further diminishing the perceived value of the subscription. However, some customers still appreciate the broad selection of products and the convenience of shopping, though they acknowledge the recent decline in service quality.

Forget this place-- good luck if you're trying to get a refund on a horrible product they'll always say is a "third-party" and it's not Amazon's problem, my kid still doesn't have his Christmas present in the middle of March because Amazon and Aeroband keep blaming each other for bad products, two bad companies working in tandem to screw Americans

Love Amazon

My family and I use Amazon to purchase a lot of our items. We love how quick they arrive. Although it does get frustrating when deliveries are rescheduled or delayed. Amazons customer service is always quick to help and solve an issue which is what brings me back to using them so often because they want their customers satisfied.

Prime delivery is no longer prime…

Prime delivery is no longer prime delivery. Here in Vero Beach over the last year deliveries are not arriving next day as advertised. The notification typically updated around 9pm EST that delivery is being rescheduled with no concession whatsoever. I have a delivery promised for today, and this will be the final straw for me. I fully expect it will not arrive at this point. The membership continues to rise as service steadily degrades,

I used to love Amazon and Prime

I used to love Amazon and Prime. YEARS ago. They were great and typically reliable. Then they thought that getting their own fleet and making their own deliveries was a good. And it has been a complete shite show since. Plus. Bezos. Ugh.

JEFF! Your tacky prime ads and payment links are ruining my Prime films and drama series!

JEFF BEZ! Will you PLEASE stop putting your crappy ads for utterly unrelated clashing gout of place products, promoted in very bad, naff formats RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE one films that I just want to watch quietly and enjoy? When I watch serious cinema like ‘The Man In The High Castle’, I do NOT want the middle of a serious sequence RUINED by a stupid casino ad, ad for room fragrance or who knows what else? I’ve paid already for my Prime subscription and it’s very unfair to expect customers to PAY AGAIN just to be able to watch films in peace? Seriously considering stopping Prime now, put the ads in comedies or documentaries but NOT films or serial dramas, come on!

Rising cost for nothing

I believe it's totally unnecessary to increase the 2.99 commercial free ads to 4.99 doubled in a year. Is this company that desperate for revenue? This act probably discourages people to force them to view the MULIPLE and long length commercials that are so annoying. These commercials are big time sponsors and it's all about the money! Or, you can pay the Ultra premium subscription for about 45.00 What a scam and highly disappointing!! Will look for more affordable streaming service. This discouraging news was received 3-14-2026 via email. Increase starts in April.

Advertising violent and upsetting

Recently the advertising on the Prime streaming platform has become overbearing and offensive. The number of drug ads, including violent and upsetting ads, is making much of the content unwatchable.

The recent addition of the violent and upsetting Jourvanx ads may be the straw that causes me to cancel my Prime account of many years.

I will not pay to have my sensibilities violated.

Shame, Amazon, you have crossed the line.

I tried to post an honest review on the…

I tried to post an honest review on the official Amazon Prime page on Facebook, but Amazon is in total control of that page. It’s like putting the fox in charge of the hen house. My post has been "under review" for days, and we all know it will never be posted because they refuse to let anyone say anything negative.
In this country, we are supposed to have the right to speak the truth, but how can the truth set you free if they won't let you speak it? It’s like when the police interview witnesses to a crime but ignore the person who is mentally disabled or has a mental illness just because of who they are. Even if that person saw everything, their voice is tossed aside.
Amazon is acting like a police state. If you try to speak out against them on their own platform, you are silenced or "persecuted" by being ignored. We should have the right to speak out without fear of being put in front of a digital firing squad.

Save your money

This company has went south in a hurry. There is literally nothing I can give positive feedback on. From the shopping to the prime video to the music, it’s anll terrible . Ads have added even more BS to this platform. I wouldn’t have this if it was free. Then again I’m more than happy to not support an American company

They don't want bad reviews and refuse…

They don't want bad reviews and refuse to allow them, when they fail. What kind of a company doesn't want feedback, both the good and the bad? Been a Prime member for over 10 years (paying $139 a year). They are now unable to get orders correct, when they are shipping and packaging things so they don't come destroyed.

Amazon no help.. beware

Ordered an item via Amazon from a company called EcoFlow, item arrived, wasn’t fit for purpose, company has refused to accept any kind of return even if faulty , even though it comes with guarantee. The item hasn’t even been unboxed . Amazon do not wish to assist in any way even though we actually paid them for it. Been given the runaround for nearly a year now by Amazon and the company. All refusals for return have been emailed to us by seller and copied into Amazon. Disgusted by Amazon’s lack of help , and the company is still selling on there site. Amazon prime

Why do we have to see Donald Trump and Melania as soon as we go to watch Amazon Prime (front and center)? There's no escape. I have stopped watching this streaming channel and I'm considering canceling my subscription. I don't want to continue paying monthly to a company trying to force this Convicted Felon, Convicted Sexual abuser, Convicted Fraudster, Insurrectionist, a true destroyer of this Country down our throat! Stop it, and let us continue enjoying prime! You decided to invest in these people for whatever reason. The people in this Country have had enough, we're already living the nightmare!

I don't understand how amazon will…

I don't understand how amazon will still keep trying to charge you for the previous month well into the next month after you've made a payment (the following month). I have a backup card for purchasing but instead they used it for last month's subscription which I did not use because I was away for a month. One payment said for monthly subscription and the other said for renewal!!! They would not refund the 2nd payment...1st I was told that I used the services that's why but that's not true because when I did order something i paid for delivery. And they charged me 4 days after I already made a payment. There were excuses one right after the other. Amazon is totally ripping people off not only through purchases but also through jobs because their customer service reps aren't in the United States!!!

STOP CHARGING EXTRA

Ive used amazon prime for many years and have found some great programs or movies to watch .. but after paying my subscription they want extra to stop the ads that are constantly disrupting my viewing.. why should i have to pay extra to remove them, and why should i be charged extra to watch certain series or movies..
another subscription charges 1 payment and you can watch anything they have available with no ads and added extras ..

Amazon please change your subscription to include every free.. dont be greedy 🤦‍♀️
