Ridiculous how many ads during a movie.

Very rare there is anything i want to watch on Amazon, I am currrently watching a film but the contstant excessive adverts has just ruined the film completely, I have just got stressed and worked up and have no option but to cancel this farce, no way i could ever attempt to watch anything again on this platform. Apparently i could pay more to get advert free, ahmm, no, no thanks, i would rather just cancel what im currently paying.

Adverts galore and always wanting more money.
Begining of 2024 there was a good selection of programs on here. A few months later these were sold off to platforms where you had to pay again for subscriptions. In addition, now it's adverts, adverts adverts that freeze and reload. Same ad repeated 6 times at once.
Totally time wasting.

I purchased a camera from amazon on last Friday along with 7 days prime video membership for 1$. When trying to access on TV by mistake activate membership from wife's account and deducted 11 more dollars. I immediately call the amazon customer service and explained everything and in the call records its was clearly mentioned that full refund will be paid. But today I called them again and Ms. Sarah told me that only partial amount will be paid. She said I talked to my lead but full refund not be paid. I said give me the name of your lead she said I can't. This will show their courtesy to the customer. She never checked the conversation I did on Friday with other representatives. This is totally unfair to charge the customer who already paid the 7 day subscription. I do have proof of two transactions from my account. I request to senior representative to investigate properly recorded conversation happened on last Friday. Very unsatisfied from the customer service.

Prime Video used to be a beneficial addition to my Amazon membership. I was able to enjoy a large selection of movies and shows at no extra charge and no commercials.
Now most everything Prime Video offers requires a paid subscription to another service. They do offer rentals but I can't get the same for free from Tubi or Pluto

I am reviewing the Documentary "Sleeping Dog"...I was very disappointed in this video. It did not offer any new information regarding government coverup of UAPS. In addition the interviews with John Lear unfortunately were so off the wall that it was sad that this man was not in his right mind and I encouraged a family member to watch this movie and he was totally turned off by Johh Lear.

There is a ridiculous amount advert, and sometimes it glitches and restart the adverts, thinking about getting rid of my subscription all together

Don't get this service if you like sports. They don't offer pause, rewind, or record like other services. They have a watchlist which is a hit and miss on whether you will be able to use the rewind/pause/or record options.
I've been with them for years and I really don't know why?

I am trying to watch Lazarus on Amazon Prime, paying well over $100 for this and package delivery. It will let me watch stupid ads but after ads, doesn't want to load the video. So I'm basically paying over $100 to make them money on the ads they're forcing me to watch.

What is most frustrating is that they leave you no ability to actually contact them about the problem. They have tons of troubleshooting info., so you're basically expected to solve a technical problem yourself despite paying good money for their service.

Prime Video ads are completely broken. One specific ad break in Off Campus keeps crashing playback on my TV and laptop, making the show literally impossible to watch anywhere except my phone. I’ve restarted devices, signed out and back in, tried different profiles, and it’s still happening over a full day later. If you’re going to force ads into paid streaming, at least make sure they actually work instead of breaking the entire episode.

Amazon prime has now added and forced ads onto you in prime video. A premium subscription service that now charges you more to have a more premium service without ads. Absolute dogshit

I i get charged a bbc license fee for using prime i will be deleting my account permanently as many others will also. im having a discussion online about it right now we wont fall for this crap

Bought the Maid series, and it is absolutely unwatchable. It freezes every five seconds or so and freezes for like ten seconds over and over. I will never purchase from them agai

I bought a movie from Prime…did not rent but bought…after a couple of years Prime must have decided to take the movie away, did not notify me just took it away…something I paid for …Also,I’ve been a paid Prime Member for quite some time…there action is akin to stealing…like robbing someone, like taking back something…SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THEM!

I don't understand why people still use prime video, i would leave a zero star if i could . It's one of the worst streaming apps out there! They lost my custom when they started charging rent or buy movies and series. If you pay a subscription you should be able to watch everything for that subscription fee! It is just pure greed from another major retailer, shame as it could be very good!

God awful video, blurry and crap, words don't match commercials (alot of them) wate of money hope they LOOSE CONTRACT FOR SPORTS EVENTS...such a disappointment!!!!!

Charging extra to remove adds to increase revenue for an already expensive service is pure greed, but unsurprisingly. It ruins the viewing experience and the main reason I rarely watch Amazon prime.

If I could rate it less I would. Beyond the worst product I’ve ever had the displeasure of paying for. Subtitles that don’t match whole seasons of shows missing. Outdated terrible content unless you’re paying ridiculous prices. Oh and the cancellation process… I say this with every ounce of my being do not waste your time or money, do not fund that little bald pedo lavish lifestyle. Piracy is the future.

Why are you cheating me out of watching Detroit Pistons playoffs games? This is b******* any games are exclusively, more like solely or discriminately, on prime video and nothing else. You force me to watch it on some site from some other country. Amazon discriminates against people that don't subscribe to their service! That's bull!
