I'm a seller on the platform
I'm a seller on the platform. Sometimes I wonder why. Their customer support can never help you with any issue they refer you to other case logs that are already closed if you ask for a support you have to get a support scheduled to talk to a support agent upon scheduling three of these no support agent has ever called me back no supervisor support that has to be scheduled and you can schedule it but they won't call you back. In October of 2025 they did a reclassification it changed 35 of my items to the wrong category I had to argue with them to get them to see that the mistake it happened once arguing with it and I sent over an Excel sheet they sent it back and told me they didn't like my spacing and made me redo it we're supposed to be on the same team selling products and making money together I spend more time and support on this platform than I do any other platform. With no resolve and they get angry at you they hang up on you if you're on a phone call if you're an email they'll close the ticket before you're done if you don't reply back within 12 hours that will close the ticket I don't eat sleep and breathe Amazon I'm sorry and running a business through your platform it's horrible. Not counting the latency when you go to list and item if you type in how much something cost you have to wait several seconds before the number will even show up. They may be the one of the biggest companies out there but their customer support is horrible their platform is slow and laggy and nothing's being updated and the updates that they are doing with the reclassification screwed everybody up this Christmas and they don't care. It sucks here but I'm already established so what am I going to do now leave no. But to everybody coming on to Amazon as a seller there is no support they're worthless I don't care if they read this they are literally worthless you're lucky if you get somebody that can actually help you and if you get someone that can actually help you I hope they actually do most of these people don't even care to be at work good luck getting someone who speaks your language and is nice to you. I am not a happy seller on their platform I have no problems on any other platform just on Amazon and there's words that are trademarked that shouldn't even be trademarked and you can't use those words by the time they get done trademark and words you won't be able to list anything. And there's glitches in their system and I've tried to help them and Report those issues and nobody cares it's terrible. I hope someone truly reads this whole review I hope the owner of Amazon reads it because your service is terrible. I found countless glitches your team won't even help address them I'm tired of trying to help you when Amazon falls apart come back to this message and remember I tried to tell you. Some other companies going to come along and they're going to wipe you off the face of the map and Amazon's going to be a past memory because of the way you treat your sellers and your lack of care and empathy for them will fall back on you eventually and it will compromise your entire company. And this massive layoff that you're going to do I can feel it in your support team. Lots of them don't even care to do their job I just was an Amazon support just a moment ago about a product I listed yesterday that when you click on it it says it's active but it takes it Amazon and there's no listing there on the phone call no one can help me I did a chat message and they told me to refer back to the phone call message and to do what it said there's nothing in that message you want to talk about some lazy Associates go call Amazon support that's all they got.
