From start to finish the project was managed brilliantly. From the initial design visit through to completion. The standard of work was very high. The weather was against them but the fitting team worked so hard getting the project completed. Neat and tidy, professional and hard working. This with great follow up from the project managers made the whole process so easy and stress free and to finish we have a great space we can now use all year round.

We have had consistent issues with our conservatory and patio doors since getting them installed about 3 years ago. Thankfully on warranty so we are not being charged, but have had them out multiple times to address issues caused by both flimsy parts and a poor installation that has caused constant issues with the patio doors. Also at the time of install, there customer service was shocking

We first used Amazon Windows 30 years ago, then again 8 years ago and have just moved house and without question used them to fit replacement windows, doors and refit a conservatory with new windows and solid roof. Very very pleased with Amazon Windows Fleet. They installed a beautiful tiled roof on our existing conservatory. It’s brilliant, also seeing the amount of quality insulation that went up we were amazed. They made the pitch of the roof higher which really enhanced the look. The plastering and down lights look really good. I can honestly say we’re thrilled with the finished product. The guys that came to do the different stages were wonderful, true craftsmen.

The whole process with Amazon Windows has been great from start to finish. We were given lots of guidance when planning what we wanted. The whole team who worked on the project were friendly, hardworking and made sure everything was taken care of. We didnt have an easy build with problems with the foundations but the team worked out a plan and cracked on. We cannot thank all of the team enough for their help with this project and we are in love with our new space. I would highly recommend this company and will look to use them again for other works.

We recently had a ‘warmer roof’ system installed on our conservatory by Amazon Windows and the experience was faultless from start to finish. Every trade professional involved was friendly, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. The coordination was seamless and the finish was exceptional.
Not only was the price incredibly reasonable, but the end result has completely transformed a previously unusable space into a warm, welcoming area that’s now comfortable in all seasons. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such outstanding service at such great value. Truly a top-notch job — highly recommended!

Fantastic experience with Amazon. Salesman very helpful and delivered a good price for a brilliant service. Fitters were friendly and efficient. Really happy with a timely service and good finished French doors and window.

Amazon Windows/Amex Windows. Left with damaged walls and wrong sized imperfect windows, yet still being bullied one year later with constant threats. The 2nd job stated on their survey and evidence to the Court, "as per 1st job specification". Instead the windows sizes are vastly different, do not match and ugly to have to look at daily. The Courts are backlogged and on 3 occasions my evidence not forwarded to the Judge. The MD took action against me, instead of the other way around. Paid £11k in good faith for incomplete 1st job with lesser repairs outstanding. Less than £5k owed for 2nd job, but replacements and repair damages have been quoted a lot higher than this. It continues to be a traumatic experience. Get everything signed and in writing, with all specifications included. Have to go back to Court, to ensure evidence is processed, as there is an error in law due to court backlogs. Be very careful dealing with the MD, Andy Shoulder and as advised, double check specs, as in my case they were deliberately missed off and not shown or signed. Could not attend court due to complex disabilities and ill health, which so far, has benefitted this unscrupulous company, trading in more than one company name. Be careful.

Amazon are market leaders in conservatories and Guardian roofs. They installed our conservatory in 2014 and did a first class job in all aspects. When we decided to have a solid roof, after browsing the market, we went back to Amazon. They installed our Guardian solid roof quickly and very professionally. All the trades right from the start were exceptional, everything was explained along the way. They all did a fantastic job and cleared up as they went. OK it was expensive as we have a very large conservatory but we are now reaping the benefits of a warmer and more comfortable room to enjoy life. Can highly recommend Amazon for their work.

From placing the Order to the completion of the job has been extremely good
Chris was friendly and not at all pushy with the quotation even though it took me a while to choose style and glass, the surveyor filled me in with all information l needed and answered all queries. Fitter of the installation Roger was amazing got on with job for a whole house of windows and doors, cleared up every day and actually wouldn’t know he was there working.
Unfortunately a couple of wrong handles (colour) and lock on the door wrong colour and put right without any question or delay.
Needed to delay one door being installed as having new kitchen installed,not an issue to keep hold of till needed.
Overall a very positive experience from Amazon, Andy Shoulder dealt with any questions or queries quickly and professionally. I am so pleased with all my windows and doors. Made such a difference to look of house with the new windows and doors.

I done a lot of research into replacement conservatory roofs and finally selected Amazon Windows. I was very impressed from the very first telephone call by the courteous and professional way we were dealt with. We were kept well informed of the project program and any changes were mutually agreed. All of the trades worked hard to complete the work to the agreed timescale and were very pleasant and courteous and their work was of a high standard. Any problems were quickly and efficiently resolved.
We are very pleased with the completed work and would like to congratulate all of the Amazon staff we have met on site and their back up from the office on a job well done. Congratulations, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have had the pleasure of working with Amazon Windows & Doors twice now, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism and expertise is fantastic. Amazon had just completed the installation of new windows to replace the old windows in the bathroom and cloakroom. Previously they had built a conservatory ( in February 2023) and also replaced the rest of the windows ( in April 2023)

I have nothing but praise for the professional manner in which they completed the 3 jobs and attended to follow up issues in a timely manner.
