Ambala’s prepacked sweets are absolutely lovely. The box is beautifully decorated and makes a great impression straight away. Inside, there is a really good mixture of sweets, offering a nice variety of flavours and textures for everyone to enjoy. The delivery was on time and the packaging was very well presented, with everything arriving in perfect condition. Overall, a high-quality product that was gifted to family for Eid.

Hi placed an order for Eid celebration, ordered 34 boxes paid extra for delivery. No response chased 5 times customer service couldn't care less. Very disappointing with the service will never use them again!!!

Very quick service, easy to choose online. Regular updates about delivery and received in a perfect condition. Well packaged.

Great service

The recipe is changed. Barfi is not as solid and the taste is different. It used to be quality but now I won't bother as it's the same standard as rubbish brands like Royal. Been eating Ambala for over 50 years. Avoid.

Really good experience. I sent sweets to my friend in uk, initially my order didn't dekiver due to some issue then company sent a new order as a compensation that is delivered on time and with good packaging as well. Thanks for your service.

The quality of the products has deteriorated so much. Been going to Ambala for over 20 years. It has never been this bad.

Overall good experience but not happy with their website. No options for gifting. You can not write any message or add bag to give your sweets box in it.

Was very late. Super bad customer service. Not responsive at all

I order four products as Eid presents. I chose a delivery date of the day before Eid to ensure they came on time. They didn’t arrive on that date, so I had to buy extra presents last minute.

I called the only number available on the day of expected delivery three times the person who answered wasn’t able to help but said I would be called back and no one did. I then called a final time to request a refund and again was told I would get a call back but didn’t.

Terrible customer service for online customers. I appreciate Eid is a busy time but if you can’t cope with the orders don’t take them.

Hi i ordered a variety of things some were gifts for people none of the boxes had labels on to say what was inside so I had to open each box to check what was inside which is not good if you are gifting
