Mother's day present every year for my…

Mother's day present every year for my Mum. She loves them. They're always delivered on time and nice and fresh.
The selection box was appreciated and I also got 3 little boxes of 4 of her favourite burfi. I like that you can get a mixture and extra of any particular type.

Poor service this time

Poor service this time. Weve been ordering for many years buy never had a bad experience before. Delivery was extremely late. Was due on 12th, but arrived on 17th. When phoned, just kept being told a manager will call repeatedly. No concessions given despite being so late.
Many of the tins has paint scraped off and dents.

Delightful gift

Ambala has delicious Indian sweet and savoury selections
available online. I ordered the Eid box for my dad- it arrived on time and beautifully packaged. The sweets are so delicious!

Order not received. AVOID online AMBALA.

11/03/2026:

Order not received. DPD delivery was suppose to be made by wednesday but email confirmation is very glitchy and no confirmation or tracking other than just a order number. Emailed customer services and still no reply back. Please get back to me so it can be rectified and understand when the delivery will be made?

Finally some engagement and got their number - Here is their number for anyone's reference as its hard to figure out their contact number from their website - 01707 397050

Horrible phone customer service. Missed their call and on the voice mail, no extension or name provided for call back. Call back requested 3 times and no call back. Messages just kept on being passed along. Absolutely appalling service. Been 5 days DPD delivery still not done and it seems like there is a batch of these issues they regularly have with customers.

Ambala please just process my refund and my money back for the goods and service that you promised but never delivered. Thanks.

16/03/2026: Still chasing down refund!

Order was never delivered and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, i advise Ambala reach out to me ASAP before i decide to take legal actions with my solicitors. I have been chasing this down since last friday. Order was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday last week. The reception is completely poor and all they do is keep on forwarding messages but i have heard nothing back. Very poor service.

Please contact me back ASAP for my refund.

Very poor customer service

Prior to ordering, I emailed the company several times yet nobody had the courtesy to respond.

I have previously placed multiple orders with this company, due to their excellent customer service and help but WILL NOT BE PLACING ANY FURTHER ORDERS with them.
