A few hitches around delivery
A few hitches around delivery, some due to Ambient error, compounded by a very unhelpful delivery company who tried to deliver without prior notice twice, and again on wrong day. Ambient were very helpful in resolving but it did delay receipt by a week.
Product as described, looks good quality although some glue visible between frame and glass along bottom edge.
I would use the company again with assurances that delivery issues have been ironed out.

A great company to deal with, I didn’t realise my item was hand made to order so when I emailed asking where my order was, I had a reply within hours explaining and giving me an update on my order. The light itself is beautifully crafted and well made at a great price.
