I have dealt with Sian for several years. Over this period I have experienced excellent service. Importantly, this has been provided with pleasantness and good humour, which has made our business a pleasure.

AMB sorted our shop insurance efficiently, saving us the trouble of searching with different companies ourselves. We are confident that we have the correct insurance to cover our needs but going with a competent broker.

Sian provided up to date detail on the discussions/negotiations that were taking place and kept us informed at all stages. We felt confident that our interests we being considered at all times.

What a great company Amb insurance are. I’ve been with them now for about 4 years and every year they get me a great deal for my business and flat insurance. Jessica is easy to talk to and responds really quickly to my requests. She contacts me in plenty of time about my renewals and I trust she will get me the best deal. I’d highly recommend.

AMB Insurance were recommended to me when i quickly realised that Liability Insurance appeared to be a bit of a minefield.

Having spoken to a few members of the team at amb Insurance, I have to say it is so refreshing to speak to a team so customer-focused.
Everyone has been very helpful, and my impression has been that they were interested in serving, rather than just the sale.
Needless to say, because of this service, I spoke to Jessica, and she has been brilliant! She took the time to listen and ask the appropriate questions to qualify my needs.
The quote came through promptly, and Jessica was always there to answer any queries.
All in all, a top-class service topped off with a friendly, professional service from Jessica.

Jessica did a great job as usual, we had a problem with our bank account on renewal and she was very helpful in sorting the problem out.

Jack was fantastic from the start; great with communication; willingness to support and guide with the appropriate information; took time out of his own schedule to visit our facility.
