The young man I spoke to was really nice and really helpful. I had some free samples sent. The non trainable bags were extremely good. Best I have used since my operation. I found it very difficult to adjust and was very depressed for a while. It is a year since my massage surgery which saved my

A really good product
Callum at Convatec was very helpful and explained usage clearly My sample order of diamond sachets arrived quickly. The sample amount was enough to be able to assess suitability. These sachets really help with gas build up in the stoma pouch and stop it ballooning to make it more comfortable for the user. I am very satisfied with the product.

First class setvice
I was provided with free samples of stoma pouches, following my request. I was contacted very quickly, to ascertain my needs, and the pouches arrived in a couple of days. There were follow phone calls to see how I was getting on. The pouches suit me very well and I have changed my prescription. The level of care and attention from Amcare is first class. I feel that all my stoma needs are well catered for. First class service.

I reached out to Amcare by Convatec yo try some samples of esteem body. I had been struggling for months with leaks, tender skin, and bags just not sticking.
I spoke with a lovely man named Darrian, who was fantastic from start to finish. I explained my issues and that they were impacting my mental health. My confidence and my work. Darrian took me through some options and made a few suggestions, he was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and how they may help me. I went ahead with the samples, I breezed through work. My sink was great again with in 2 days. Safe to say, I spoke with the stoma team and have now received my first order of esteem body. My 12 hour shifts in pain and discomfort are a thing of the past. Thank you Darrian 😊

Product Samples
