Good Channel manager
A bit complicated but with a good assistance

Amenitiz is a great platform for managing bookings and driving direct sales through the website. The biggest strength is the customer support team — always quick, helpful, and reliable. With a few improvements, it could be perfect.

I’ve been using Amenitiz since last January and I’m still impressed by the level of support they provide. Being a bit technophobic, I often need their guidance (and patience!), and the team never disappoints. I only have one tourist rental property, and everyone told me that a channel manager would be unnecessary. However, I find that it makes my work easier. I chose Amenitiz and I'm happy with my choice. Sometimes it's not very easy to use and there are things that could be improved, but overall I'm very satisfied. I've never had any overbookings and the support team is always available, responds quickly and resolves any issues I raise. I would definitely recommend Amenitiz.

Easy planning visualization. Quick and easy booking and editing, including billing. Effective synchronization with other booking platforms.

I left Amenitiz after nearly 1.5 years. The platform is reasonably solid—the dashboard and analytics are well-designed. However, one major flaw ultimately led to my departure.

Amenitiz’s model puts them in direct competition with platforms like Booking.com but without offering similar host protection. A guest booked via my Amenitiz site under a clear non-refundable, 21-day cancellation policy. They didn’t show up, didn’t cancel, and then disputed the charge with their bank. I was asked to pay £20 to contest it—Amenitiz didn’t manage the process nor influence the outcome, despite claiming they did. I lost the case.

That same scenario, under the same policy, happened via Booking.com—and I got paid. The difference is stark. Amenitiz takes no commission, meaning they have no real stake in dispute outcomes. This is a serious vulnerability and if you are a landlord you should seriously consider this before embarking on this journey.

In short, someone can book, ghost you entirely, and you’ll pay to challenge it—only to lose. They offered me a 10% goodwill discount, but considering their fees rose 15% in the same year, it didn’t offset the lack of support.

It’s a clever concept and a decent product for showcasing analytics in particular but there are far cheaper products that offer the same, but in my experience, it’s not on your side when things go wrong. The “out of our control” reply doesn’t wash when black-and-white policies are ignored. Thanks anyway.

It took too long to have the website ready the way I had originally requested. The web designers changed a lot and just the last one was able to accomplish all my requests. The platform is relatively user-friendly, but I wish it could have a phone that we could call whenever needed (originally, the contact is by email and chat online). And once we receive a client´s payment, it takes too long to have the money in our own account.
Other than the facts above, I think Amenitiz is a good solution for my business.

WARNING: Terrible Experience with Amenitiz – Stay Away

My experience with Amenitiz has been nothing short of a nightmare. They promised that by creating a website with them, I would get more visibility and more bookings. I entrusted them with three apartments for over a year, and in all that time, they did not bring me even a single booking. Zero results.

When my contract ended, I asked to terminate the agreement. Not only did they ignore this request and continue charging me for three more months, but when I asked for a refund for the money they took after the contract had expired, they refused to pay me back.

Instead of doing the right thing, they suddenly canceled the contract three months late, and only after I followed up again — and even then, they did it just three days after my last complaint, with no refund and no apology.

This is not just poor service — it’s completely unethical behavior. They had no results, no transparency, and no respect for me as a client. They took my money and gave me nothing in return.

I strongly urge anyone considering Amenitiz to stay away. They overpromise, underdeliver, and don’t take responsibility for anything. Save your time, your energy, and your money — don’t trust Amenitiz.
