Great customer support and excellent quality hoodies!
Great experience with my first ever order! I initially had a problem with the sizing on the hoodie I ordered. They were able to resolve my issues with no questions asked. I ended up going to their outlet store in North Carolina and purchasing three hoodies there. The quality is insanely good on these!

Lost delivery - delivered to wrong place
Ordered another Mens Redwood Fleece Overshirt because I love my current shirt in that style. Somehow the order got delivered to a random Post Office in my city and the picture sent by the delivery folks showed it set on the floor in front of a bunch of P.O. boxes, rather than having been delivered to my house. Contacted American Giant with the photo showing it was misdelivered, not knowing what to expect. American Giant came through and sent me a replacement shirt immediately, which I received 2 days later even though it was during the Thanksgiving time period. Excellent clothing and excellent customer service!
Great product, terrible customer service
My wife purchased a hoodie for me. I love the hoodie and I love the story of this company - I will always support an American. I had an issue with my hoodie - it developed a tear after only a couple of weeks of wear. When I contacted the company to inquire if this was the expectation of the product, I was floored by the response. 'We are not addresses customer issues until after the holidays'; a full two months before I can even make a claim or talk to anyone. I can see that getting new customers during the holidays is more important than satisfying a current customer. Very disappointing response.

Great Service and Quality Clothes
I ordered 3 T's and a pullover but the package arrived with 1 T and the pullover. AG quickly responded with the other 2 T's.
Their clothes are high quality in a variety of colors and weights and are made in the US.

Product great but very expensive. Delivery is a joke you should at least kick in delivery that takes 3-5 days not 7-10 days plus. Us Mail delivers faster than that. Pay about 200 dollars for a sweat shirt only the have it take 10 days plus to get delivered. That does not cut it this day an age. Last time time buying your products

Super slow shipping
Super slow shipping. Took 13 days to arrive to California, and 7 days of that time was spent with my items sitting in a FedEx Hub in Georgia, which is why I rarely do business with companies that use FedEx as a shipping partner. As most know, they are awful. When I contacted AG, instead of contacting FedEx, they regurgitated the tracking information that I already had access to, and if I'm not mistaken, it took two days to get a response. I guess expecting proactive Customer Service is nothing more than wishful thinking nowadays. 3 hoodies later, that will be my last purchase from AG.
