Great products and shipping. Appreciate discounts but no return policy is problematic as sizing is sometimes a challenge.

My package never arrived. You used a no name delivery service and the package was left outside my door after I gave them the door's access key. I was never even notified the package was there to ask someone to grab it. By the time I got home, an hour later, it was already gone. Your clothing costs too much to use bargain bin delivery services. I didn't have trouble with previous orders, but now I see why you offer delivery insurance.

The message I sent was never responded to, so it's obvious no one cares. Definitely lost a customer.

I had to return for an exchange for a smaller size which was easy. The carrier lost one of the return packages and it was replaced without question.

The t-shirts fit great and are well constructed with heavy enough material that should withstand a lot of wear. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the actual colors of the shirts were not quit the same as the images on your website.

The pants arrived quickly and the fit out the box was great! Good materials and construction. This is my second pair of these- and the first pair is wearing well after 18 months. However, with this new pair- upon their first cold water wash (no drier) they shrunk so much that the length is two sizes down and wear almost like high-waters- making them almost unwearable. I did not have this issue with the first pair I purchased. Really disappointed for the price point. Buyer beware sizing and shrinking. AG clothes have always worked for me- this is my first issue.

I love how heavy this sweatshirt is. You can tell it well made and will last a long time, this is now my daily sweatshirt for the fall/winter months.

I’ve been a longtime AG fan and always wanted my own moto jacket in black. Finally took the plunge and don’t regret it one bit. This company makes THE best hoodies and sweats ever. Plus they are made in the USA. Well done as always.

I ordered three pair of pants. All the same size. I ordered these same pants last year, in the same size. The black pair were perfect. The red pair were way big, and the green pair shrank when I washed them—I washed the black and the green pair together and the black pair did not shrink at all. I re-ordered the green pants, and they again shrank. Something is not right with the fabric from which they are being manufactured.

Our family stumbled upon an American Giant outlet store and after buying the lightweight zip-up jacket for women I was hooked. I came home and ordered two more jackets! I love that it's made in the US, high quality, and supports US workers. Thanks!
