Awful experience - they don't even respond to emails and you cannot reach them any other way. Items were incredibly late despite gauranteed xmas delivery time, and when recieved several items were missing and damaged. still can't sort out a return/refund as they don't even acknowledge you!

This is a fraudulent company, in my opinion. CLaimed order was shipped but no record of it, cannot get any response in three months of attempting contact. You are throwing money away by spending it here.

Absolute scam! Never received my items.

Placed an order 2nd Jan. Received email 10th Jan saying order had been dispatched. No tracking information received. Now into Feb and still no order. Emailed customer service twice and failed to receive a response to any of them. Very poor and disappointing service. Avoid!

Absolutely appalling service.
Paid in full, received half the order, invoice has 2 items crossed out but no apology, no offer of refund.
No reply to emails.
I dont often write negative reviews but this customer service is appalling.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Order placed in December has never arrived and, despite requests, a refund not issued. Do not use this company.

Ordered in the middle of January, got an email saying it was shipped but no tracking number as it said I would receive. Contacted them via email 3 times as it was end of January and I hadn’t received anything. I was met with a bot response the first time saying someone would get in touch but nothing of that sort ever happened. Completely scammed me out of my money. Absolutely do not purchase from here under any circumstance! They just steal your money and you don’t even receive what you paid for.

Like every other review on here items were ordered and never received. No response to emails, when I raised a dispute through Clearpay they were provided a fake tracking number for Royal Mail when nothing had been despatched. Just waiting on Clearpay resolving. Company obviously in financial difficulties so avoid at all costs

Due to be a gift. No order arrival after a Fortnite & after multiple email attempts no feedback whatsoever. Avoid these frauds at all costs!

Absolute joke of a company, placed an order, got a dispatch email with no tracking, disputed it through bank an suddenly got a tracking email and it was going to be delivered, sent numerous emails telling them not to send it, it’s turned up today and they have sent packs of 4 in things that should be 8, packs of 6 that should be 12 and half the other items missing, it’s theft, I’ve emailed them again, I’ve taken photos and videos and will keep going with my bank and trying to return until I get a full refund. Avoid at all costs! This was a birthday present and how disappointing, I’ll make sure no one orders from this company ever again

Had a good experience with this company, everything I ordered arrived in good time and was long dated. Will definitely order again.

Ordered a bunch of stuff, including root beer and cream soda etc and they sent me one 7 up. Not one thing in my order was what I ordered, they chuck in what you could buy for cheap at the local shop then don’t reply to any emails or messages online. SCAM!!!

Bought chocolates for Christmas, ordered 12th said posted 18th never heard anything since, no reply to my 20 odd emails?? Avoid i will never buy of them again

Like everyone else… placed order two notifications that it was being shipped nothing has arrived.. will be going to bank to try and recoup money.. company should be struck off my own fault for not doing my usual due diligence

Absolutely scammers paid a £100 for a mystery box and got 10 cans of Dr Pepper Fanta sprit 10 cans only no sweets no cereal no cake mix nothing and it took 7 weeks to turn up don’t even consider ordering off these clowns

Awful experience. I ordered on the 12th January and its 27th January and still no order. I've had very few replies from them and requested a refund. They said it would be dispatched and there are no updates. Avoid this company their customer service is appalling. No phone number either. It's screaming scam to me

Ordered on 19th December - I appreciate they closed over the Christmas period however it’s now the end of January and I still have not recieved my order. I have emailed them 3 times and had no response.

I placed an order 30/12 and hadn’t received the parcel as of 17/1 even though it said it was en route. Customer service quickly did reply and sent a replacement - although the replacement parcel was incorrect, 5 of the 9 items were incorrect. I chased on the 21st but didn’t hear back and chased again

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with! I ordered 3 boxes of Pancake mix but received just 1 box!! This was last November 2025. Forward to January 2026 still nothing. Despite several emails, there has been NO response at all from the company. Cowboys and theives - DO NOT BUY from this company.

Order received over a month ago, I only received roughly half of the items I ordered and paid for. I have never had a response to my 4 (very polite) emails with pictures or my order as received and have also used their contact form. Do not buy anything from this company
