Called for a quote, spoke with Jacob Bruce but it was out of my budget, so I politely told him that I’d go with another reputable company.

He proceeded to scoff and laugh at me while shittalking the company I chose, all the while trying to scam me out of $845 for consultation by continually calling my number even though I had already chosen someone else.

Please don’t use this company. Jacob Bruce was inarticulate, condescending, and a scammer.

Great customer service from Elisa Ash. She listened to my needs, walked me through the process, and found me a shipping option closer to my budget! Elisa understood my concern about paying a deposit when I didn't have a confirmed shipping quote. All brokers quote $600- $950 to ship from California to Florida. After paying a deposit, they raise it to $1800-$2200. This is a horrible industry STANDARD practice of "bait and switch."

they sent me a quote of $465 and i gave them a $100 deposite with a balance due of $365 upon delivery-when it came time to ship they said it was going to be $875 to ship -i refuse because i had a signed contract from them which i also signed for $465 - they said that the contract was just an estimate at which i pointed out that the word “estimate” did not appear anywhere on the contract only the word “quote” -they repeatedly tried to pressure me into the higher price which i refused and asked for refund which they refused to do at this point-judge for yourself what kind of company this is but there are several other similar comments being made - i intend to repost this if i don’t get refund of my deposit-it appears that they are brokers and they give you a low ball price and then see if they can get someone to haul it for that and if they can’t they try to raise the price

In October 20, 2023, our intention was to transport our car and van from Ohio to upstate New York. To ensure a reliable service, we extensively researched various car shipping companies and ultimately selected American Carship Inc. After conversing with Henry Brown and submitting a deposit, I initially harbored some skepticism due to the prevalence of fraudulent entities. However, my doubts were unfounded as the company proved to be reputable. They provided door-to-door pickup and delivery services, accompanied by commendable customer support, reasonable pricing, and widespread availability. Both vehicles were promptly delivered as promised. Undoubtedly, American Carship Inc. emerged as the top choice for us.

American Carship, Inc contacted me to ship my car on June 6, 2024 from NY to FL. I recorded Marina Rose, who told me the total price would be $675 with a $150 down payment and when the driver delivers the car i would pay him $525 in cash. so I agreed I asked her several time if this was the final price and even repeated what she said to make sure the price would be the same. the entire time Marina Rose said yes that's the price and I would only have to pay the remaining $525 after my car was delivered in Florida. Now the day before my vehicle is suppose to get picked up Marina Rose called me to let me know that the driver is going to pick my car up when I asked her what time she transferred my call to Michael who then said the price is now $1345. at no point in time was I told that the original price was not set and the price can change. American Car ship is a scam company that did a bait and switch. which they could have just told the truth upfront and said the range of the price instead of saying pay the $150 down payment to lock in the date, time and price.

I shipped my vehicle in March. Jacob B. was my representative and he provided outstanding service. My vehicle was shipped in a timely and careful manner. I highly recommend American Carship if you need to ship your vehicle.

Would have given them 5 Stars! However they did increased my quote by $150. Also they changed my pick-up date several times. They did offer good communication. Which was much appreciated. The pick-up company did exactly as they said they would! Highly recommend! 😀

Elisa did a wonderful job helping me coordinate the relocation of two vehicles. There were numerous phone calls and a lot of back and forth. Elisa remained kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She is very professional and attentive to all needs. Your company is very fortunate to have her as a part of the team. They are total scammers, don't hire them, They (Jacob Bruce) signed an agreement with me and the day before of the pick up, they called to ask me for double the money. Jacob Bruce, a total scammer, tried to manipulate me to pay more. Horrible experience.

I just recently had American CarShip send five of my classic cars up to North Georgia from South Florida. I was working with another company that I had a contract with for a month that the day of shipping they could not fulfill the contract at the last minute I called Matthew he had been contacting me, trying to get my business when I called him the day after the cars were supposed to be shipped by his competitor. He had a truck at my house within four hours and had my cars loaded and on their way I highly recommend working with Matthew and American CarShip
