Jacob was on point about the on schedule delivery and pickup of my vehicle. He provided me a quote and then followed up diligently so that my pickup and delivery time coincides with my calendar as well and i appreciate that. It appears that there is some level of lack of clarity in terms of what was quoted at the beginning vs what the final fee would be. In my case what i was quoted when I booked the shipment and what I ended up paying showed an increase of 42% which i was not expecting and kind of put you on the bind since i was informed about the increase the day before i shipped the car (makes you feel like you are lured in with a good price and finally jack it up when you get to a point of no return). Even that 42% increase was after a lot of going back and forth with the company but the initial price increase was about 60%. The explanation that i was provided did not really make sense to me since they said that the driver sets the price but my question is what is the use of them asking for a pickup and delivery point if the final number can be that far off. They should clearly state how the number can change and by how much at the start if the quoting process so people can shop around with that in mind and do not leave feeling trapped or tricked.

Jacob was amazing. He help me through my process diligently. if I don’t like some, he continues to look he worked very hard to give me what I want. he never gave up or got frustrated with me. I highly recommend. you work with Jacob he is so amazing and patient.

Jacob Bruce was a great person to conduct my shipping business with! Very friendly, respectful and had my shipping needs 100% in mind! Would be more than happy to conduct business with Jacob again if I ever need vehicles shipped in the future.

Although I was a bit apprehensive about using this transportation service, Jacob did everything he could to make me feel comfortable about the transition. He kept constant communication along the way. Jacob would give updates about were the driver was located at the time. The car did arrive 2 days later than expected, but it arrived safely. I would use American Carship again with the assistant of Jacob! I must say I did contact Atlanta Sectary of State to ensure this was a legit business.

Chris Harper was very helpful and professional. The car was picked up on time and dropped off on time. The driver was friendly and delivered the car on time.

Chris with American Carship took the time to explain the whole process and tell me what to look for even if i did not use his company. After plenty of calls and emails from plenty of brokers i chose american carship because Chris made me feel the most comfortable with the while process. So happy i did car was picked up when scheduled and delivered on schedule with no hassle or issues.

Everything from booking the shipment of my truck to the communication as to when the driver would be here was absolutely phenomenal. Chris Harper was an amazing point of contact and always made sure that I was well taken care of. He even made sure that the vehicle made it to its destination, and that it was still in the same condition it was, when it left my care. The driver was prompt and very quick. He made it across the country in 5 days!! I will absolutely use again if needed and will be recommending two friends and family if they need to ship their vehicles as well.

Although I did not use them to ship my car I found Chris Harper to be the most helpful and sincere if the many brokers that are out there vying for your business. I would definitely recommend you try their services first.
