It was such a pleasure speaking with Ed Packman from ACCS. I was very nervous and unsure about the offer. Ed made sure the experience was great and that I understood and was comfortable with the options I was given. Ed Explained in detail how I would begin, about how long it would take to get my situation resolved. He also was giving me real honest answers. I felt like Ed really was taking the time to listen to what needs I needed so he could find the best option for me. He had answers to all of my worries and questions. He explained things extremely well. And I never felt rushed or pressured into any of the options which made me much more comfortable. Since Ed was so detailed and had all the answers to my questions, honest answers, I feel great with the option that I picked. Even though we just started the process I already feel less pressure and stress as a parent with getting my debt taken care of and getting life back on track. I am So thankful that I got to speak with Ed Packman yesterday. I just wanna get out of this debt and be the best parent I can be for my son. I wanna get my credit score back up so I can have things in life for my family. Ed seems to understand that. Speaking with Ed, this was the first experience I’ve ever had trying to take care of my debt and someone actually taking the time to explain things to me and making sure I understood.
