I finally found a company that has it all in tall. I ordered shirts for a vacation in Dominican Republic. Was not disappointed in both casual and dress for the resort and the hot weather. I hate having shirts pulling out of my pants.

Proud string-bean here (6’6”, 190lbs), new to AT at age 52. Your catalog makes me feel old, but I’m appreciating size M extra-long in athletic pants and long-sleeved crew necks. I’ve never had the luxury of sleeves long enough to cover the top of my hands. It makes layering more fun. Casual pants that fit a little baggy at the ankle are soooooooo nice. I’m finding ways to dress them up for easy high-low weekday wear. Looking forward to your restocks and new items.

I helped my friend buy 3 pairs of jeans on line, 2 size 32 and one 33 because she has not purchased from here before and,because the company stated an exchange would not be a problem she wanted to make sure she had a pair that fit. The 32 are amazing and she is very happy with them however, I can not figure out how to exchange the 33.

I’ve tried but the system will not let me pick up a previous order to make the return. I emailed the company over 3 weeks ago and to date I have not recieved an answer.

My friend is now stuck with a pair of jeans that she cannot wear. As a result although these are great jeans we now have to find another company to purchase from because no one can not afford to throw away money

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially given the price of their products

Gave to my 16 yr old granddaughter who is 5'11" and has trouble finding clothes to fit. She loves this top. It is so comfortable, is the perfect length, she loves that the sleeves and body are long enough. I will be getting her more very soon for her February birthday. Great quality!

Perfect fit for my wife who has problems for many years trying to find the comfort and confidence in her clothes. Customer Service was fantastic and although 1 gift was not her style, we are using the credit for other tops and pajama bottoms. Thank you!

The fit was exactly as described and the materials are very comfortable.

First time purchasing and one of two items did fit and is pretty nice but I can’t return the second item due to the crazy 44$ return cost that popped up while filling out the return form. From what I understood before it was 9$ which is OK I guess but this was just ridiculous.

I've ordered a few times for my daughter. The last time was for Christmas and I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and one dressy sweater. They were all so thin you can see through them! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered christmas presents for my son from American Tall. He is 6'5" and a swimmer, so it is often difficult to find sweats and t-shirts that fit his slim build but long legs, arms and torso. Everything I purchased from American Tall fit perfectly, they have washed well and are soft and comfortable.

Our family is quite tall and we all shop at American tall. We like the quality of their clothes and that the clothes come in a slim fit as well as a regular fit and they are modern. My son buys all his shirts, casual or dressier and all his pants and jeans from American tall. My daughters and I along with my husband also do the same and we like the fit of everything we buy. It’s very rare that we will return or exchange something. I like the fact that the sizing is across the board, so I’m never guessing on what size I am from one shirt to another or one pair of pants or skirt to another.

The clothing was just as described. The length was perfect and the quality was first class.

Ordered fleece lined leggings. What they sent are not fleece lined. Customer service insists that they are. No, they aren’t! The product is not what they describe. Buyer beware. Scam.

Feels like I found "My Tribe!" Literally squeeled out loud when I put on pants that hit the floor! And FIT like a dream. Very flattering cuts made for long legs. And! Did I mention the sleeves?!?!? Heaven! Sleeves I don't have to push up or keep stretching down... I'm officially addicted! I've loved every item I have ordered - quality fabrics, well constructed, fast shipping, and love that "you get me." I'm home!

I bought dress pants for my son and as soon as he opened the package he put them on. They fit perfectly due to the fact that the website asks for specifics in body dimensions. He loves them!

Love these sweaters as a 6’9” guy

I placed an order 11 days ago. A couple of days ago, after having heard nothing from them and seeing that nothing has shipped, I wrote a short review online stating that fact. From other reviews, I've seen this has been a chronic problem with this company. Well, today - i received a cryptic message saying that they've cancelled my order. No discussion, no reason given. Just - you're cancelled. I can't think of another business I've ever dealt with that has unilaterally cancelled an order without at least an explanation. I guess maybe they don't like it when customers give (honest) critical feedback on a public forum. They aren't worth the hassle. Lots of other places to buy clothes.

I bought these pants for my 6' daughter for Christmas, and let me tell you, Christmas morning was basically a Hallmark movie. She was blown away. Not only are these pants actually long enough (a Christmas miracle), but she can put them in the dryer without fear. No air-drying rituals. No post-laundry disappointment. Just pants that stay long. I ordered two sizes since tall-girl sizing can feel like a gamble, but the exchange was painless and totally free. Honestly, smoother than most holiday returns. She’s so happy that I’m pretty sure I’ve already locked in her birthday gift. We are beyond thrilled to finally find clothing made for tall women instead of pretending cropped pants are a “style choice.” Highly recommend!

I am a 6’3” female with a 38” inseam and have been making purchases from American Tall for years and have not one time been disappointed!!! No more high waters for me!!!!

Absolutely incredible quality clothing for great prices!!! My brother is 6’9 and he’s beyond happy I found American tall! Highly recommend everyone to go shopping at American tall they have everything!!!

They waived the return fee after this review. I didn't bother purchasing another pair in a different size due to this experience. Upgrading them from a 2* to 3* review.

I have very tall people in my family and decided to order PJ pants for three of them. First order ever.

Fyi: Return/exchange policy: return for a $9 fee or exchange for the same product for free.

One of the 3 PJ pants did not fit. I wanted to exchange for a different size. The colour I bought was not available in the new size. I contacted them to request a new size in any other colour. They refused. Said I would need to return them item (ie. pay the $9 return fee) and make a new purchase for the correct size in the new colour.

The rigidity here seems unreasonable. We are potential lifelong customers of American Tall due to having extremely tall people in the family (6'3, 6'4, 6'10) ... and they lost me on my first purchase with this one interaction.
