Within one telephone call with my new mortgage officer, I was able to provide my goals, and start the application. He felt confident that it was a going to be a good outcome. Next was my loan processor who was in consistent contact. Both made this go very fast and smooth. The mobile notary was professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish, I was funded in 12 days! Amazing!!

The process was quick and straightforward. The team was highly professional and worked efficiently.

It took me two months to get approved. Underwriting needed so much information and then when it was sent it still wasn’t sufficient. Also other than the loan processor Alexandria no one would return my calls. Truly a painful process!!!

Home appraisal wasn't done in time to get a second opinion! So my refinance costed me over 40k with credit card debt got worse! Didn't go as planned because my house appraisal was 510,000 a year or so earlier!! Bamboozled to say the least and want be able to recover the 40k !

So quick and easy! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful!

The team we received was VERY supportive, guided us throughly throughout each process. Equally supported through phone calls and emails. They were more than a business voice, they were VERY sociable and directive that I could understand, being this is our first timers. I really appreciate our AmeriSave team and will miss them. Best part about this experience was the professional and friendly treatment I received from Esteven and Alanna. Both were amazingly good at their jobs and very helpful in all areas of this transaction. My downsides to this transaction were the 8% interest rate was too high and the closing cost were double what I felt would be reasonable. As to the service my only observation was that the person who did the closing was in a hurry as she explained all the paperwork and I signed lots of documents that I wasn't really sure what I was signing as she rushed through them. She was here a total of 20 minutes and seemed more concerned that I have 3 cats (she has an allergy) then she was about taking care of the closing. I just signed them and agreed to everything she said as the forms alone would have taken me hours to review all of them. I would recommend your company to others, but would highly recommend they negotiate the interest rate and closing cost and use their own local company to do the closing. First representative did not explain the loan, as it was funded, spending 3 days and multiple hours in the phone- marginally condescending - transferring documents and was told I would be funded in 10 days. After about 14 days I started calling with no response multiple times to find out I had been ghosted.
A new rep Johanthan Stewart called and to inform me the first rep was no longer around and he would be taking over - provided a reduced closing cost and said he put his most responsive team on it. He was very helpful- his team was difficult to reach. When working with them they were helpful- but don’t leave messages- you will not get a call back- if you do- it won’t be related to the message. My first closing I sent the Notary home- we did not get past the first page. Had questions- tried calling and left messages all day - did not get calls back until after the notary was gone- the notary had tried to get answers but the offices were closed.
I received follow up calls the next day and had to explain the whole transaction from the beginning- including the initial contact- and was told that is the only was the loan worked 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was already 2 months into the process and 500 for application fees.

I moved forward and signed. After signing I had questions about transfer of funds - send an email- no response. Was supposed to get pay off checks. Those finally arrived one day ago. Over a week after signing.

This company came highly recommended. I thought I asked all the questions- over and over.
I have def had better experiences.

Cassandra and Ray were suberp at thier jobs. They held our hand the whole way. They helped to over come obstacles on our part. Thier communication and follow thru was impeccable. Thank you so much.

I had an excellent experience working with TJ Mays and his processor, Steven Skorupski. They were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire mortgage process. Both were quick to respond to emails and were consistently available to answer my questions—even while on vacation and over the weekend.
When an issue arose with the title company involving a missing document, TJ remained actively engaged on both Saturday and Sunday to ensure my Monday closing stayed on track.
