Purchased a fireplace/tv stand offered by this company from Amazon. This product had many parts that needed assembly with numerous hardware for assembly. After half-way through the process, I determined I was short 10 bolts. I notified Amerlife and they asked for pictures and other documents. It took considerable time to gather the info required and sent them to this company. No response. I am now in the process of finding similar bolts to finish assembly. Will never purchase anything from this company again. Don't need this kind of aggregation.
After a bit of a rough start, I’m very pleased with the company overall
Update 11.14.24: while there were definitely some hiccups as you’ll see below, customer service was actually quite responsive and I’m satisfied with the resolution. The bed does seem to be very high quality, and other than the one issue I had with the defective piece (which has been remedied), everything seems sturdy, well-made, and the instructions were clear. While things didn’t go perfectly initially, it’s definitely not a scam company, as another review suggested; they genuinely seem to care about the customer experience and making things right. I would order from Amerlife again, as the prices seem quite reasonable for good quality furniture.
Original review 11.10.24: I ordered a bed frame/headboard from Amerlife, which I was pleased to see would arrive relatively quickly. As a result, I sold my old bed and prepared to assemble the new bed the day it arrived. However, what arrived was only box 1 of 2–but nowhere does it say that it will arrive in two different boxes a week apart. Also, there was a second box within the one box that arrived, so I was hopeful that was “box 2,” but it wasn’t. So now I’m stuck with a partially assembled bed, a zillion screws and bolts etc. on the floor, and the second box doesn’t arrive until a week after the first. How frustrating is that!?! Plus, at least one of the pieces (so far) is defective such that the only way to install it is with the unfinished side facing outward. I have no idea when or if they’ll send me a replacement. I have reached out to customer service but I can’t imagine a resolution that could make up for these issues—and customer service appears to be located in China. I’ll update my review later based on the company’s resolution. (Also, make sure to check the return policy before you buy.)
No customer service scammy website
I ordered a bed frame from Amerlife that I ended up not needing, so I followed instructions as per their website for a return. I email support, no reply. I emailed again 2 days later, still no reply. A few days later I double check their website and see a customer service number with some odd hours of operation:

6:30pm -- 9:30pm PST. Weekday
So I called at 10pm EST, no answers.
This is starting to look like a scammy website with nonexistent customer service.
SCAMMERS
Amerlife has TERRIBLE customer service!!! They sent me an email on the 25th at 3:04AM telling me the couch I ordered that I placed on the 23rd wouldn’t arrive at the warehouse until the 28th, and asked me if I still wanted the couch. I’ve since then sent 8 emails that they haven’t responded to. I really hope this isn’t one of those scam websites because that’s what this is starting to feel like. This is the first and last time I order with them.

This place is a SCAM!!!! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I never received a tracking number and my order was placed on 05-23-24. Learn from my mistake.
