I am absolutely shocked at this company. Do not ever ever use them. I returned two items, once of which has been stuck at customs for 3 months allegedly, but as customer service is awful who really knows where it is. Klarna has been saying I have to pay for the item and the merchant has been no help whatsoever during this time. Really disgusting. Wish I listened to the bad reviews, take this as a warning.

My order of 250$ frame was never delivered to me and was stolen by the shipping companyDHL /the pick up point handler.

I had a fantastic experience with Amevista and would highly recommend them.

I ordered a pair of Prada sunglasses with custom polarized prescription lenses. Since the lenses were made specifically for me, I was a little worried when my order was delayed. I had also paid for express shipping because I was leaving for my vacation and really hoped to receive my glasses before I left.

I contacted customer service, and from that moment on they were incredibly helpful. Valentina and the team replied to every email very quickly, kept me informed, contacted the laboratory to emphasize the urgency of my order, and made every effort to speed up the process.

As soon as the glasses were ready, they were shipped with FedEx International Priority. Thanks to their efforts, my glasses arrived just in time before my vacation.

The sunglasses are absolutely beautiful, the prescription lenses are perfect, and the quality is excellent. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

After my personal experience, I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. The customer service was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me. I would definitely order from Amevista again.
